I had requested a first floor room if they did not have an elevator. Upon arrival at 630pm we were told that they were full and we had a second floor! Upon getting our keys the folder had a first floor room scratched off and a second floor number in its place. I have health conditions that make steps very difficult. Also the fron seat people seemed disrespectful! We noticed this with the couple ahead of us and in the morning. This effected our entire visit

Room was charged before arrival, fine, reservation was found in computer, but folio with key was not upon arrival. New keys were given but we found that room already occupied. Another room was offered on second floor. NO ELEVATOR!!! Available rooms on first floor reserved for people with dogs. Receptionist first day on the job, without supervision, called manager who did not want to deal with us. Another person finally came to help the poor girl. After lots of complaining we did, after an hour, get a first floor room that smelled like smoke (non-smoking room). Bed very good, bathroom decent, breakfast mediocre. This experience shows bad management. I do not recommend this hotel!!

Fire pit is allowed to be used until midnight. Our room was near that. So we couldn’t sleep because of the talking and laughing. Also no elevator. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

It was a nice vibe. There are a limited amount of parking spots and the room was not as clean as we would've liked. The bathroom floor was dirty, we didn't have body wash included, the bed sheets were dirty and stained and so were the pillows. The towels were also not the cleanest. The breakfast was ok but also beware, it gets full in the dining area.

Rented two rooms. One room was good, second room had a non working toilet and the sheets had stains. Had to get the night clerk to change sheets, toilet never did get repaired.
