*** NEW *** If you are looking for some Florida beach relaxation, Look no further than this 2 bedroom Siesta Key Beachside vacation rental condo. Located within a beachside vacation rental community, this unit offers direct beach access to a semi-private portion of Siesta Key Beach just a few short steps away. The community also offers free access to a heated swimming pool and outdoor patio seating Among the gardens directly in front of this building. The unit comes with 1 designated parking spot directly in front of the unit and a few open guest parking spaces. Arrive directly at this unit and start your vacation with no check-in or keys to pickup.

srepping into the unit you enter into the living room furnished with sofa, two reclining chairs, and a flat screen TV. The dining area offers seating for 6 overlooking the front gardens via large panel windows. Adjacent to the dining area you will find the small but clean and functional kitchen equipped with 4-piece appliance set among other small kitchen appliances. The kitchen is stocked for light to medium cooking needs, perfect for staying out of the busy restaurants a meal or two. Towards the rear of the unit you will come across two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a queen-size bedroom set and the other with two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space and twin bedroom is equipped with flatscreen TV. The two bedrooms share a central bathroom offering a tub/shower combo.

Utilize any of the free ride (tips only) services or free island shuttle to visit many of the other parts of the island including Siesta Key Public Beach offering picnic pavilions, tennis courts, and playground. Many of the islands festivals are held here and is only 1/2 mile away. Siesta Key Village offers many dining, shopping, and entertainment venues day and night.

Perfect location!

We absolutely loved this condo! Perfect location and just steps from the beach. The condo was clean and equipped with all the essentials. We didn't rent a car and was pleasantly surprised of all of the free/tip only public transportation options such as the Breeze Trolley, The Frog Hopper, & The Gator Ride. We recommend The Oyster Bar for drinks & live music and Gilligan's for their happy hour ($3 drinks!) and live music. We loved the Dolphin Cruise too!! We will definitely be back!

The property decor was a bit tired. The master bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Plenty of towels. The TV remote needs replacing, all buttons you couldn't read. The screen on the front door/ and main door requires cleaning as that's the first impression. Door lock hard too lock initially. If these points were addressed we would consider staying again.

Beach get away

Property was clean. Did not appreciate the office staff just walking into my unit with someone from the fire department with no notice! Did not make me feel safe because they just unlocked the door and walked in! Also for the price of the rental more than one roll of toilet paper would be nice in addition to other guest amenities (like small beach cooler) - especially for those of us who fly in for a brief stay. Loved the proximity to the beach.

Great location

We had a great stay in March 2023, the private beach access was great, extra parking for visitors. Clean when we arrived. TV in living room could have been a bit bigger, but we weren't there for that, we were there for the BEACH! in the middle of the island, so free ride services will pick up and drop off up by the road. Would recommend.

Fall break getaway

This is a great location with a 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean which is extremely important to me. The kitchen was stocked with what I needed to cook. There is plenty of space for a family of 4. Communication with the property manager was easy for any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and close to the beach!

Everything was easy. Access to the beach was so close and having chairs right there to grab was super convenient. Condo was just as pictured. Very very clean. Kitchen well equipped and lots of towels and blankets provided. Only thing is the tv in living room area was small and too far away on opposite wall but not too big of a deal.
