Beautiful 2BR 2BA Home with Private Pool & Jacuzzi - Includes Pool Table

Our house is located in the northern part of the island, about an 8-minute walk to the gorgeous beach of Siesta Key and Siesta Village. In this area you find only private homes, surrounded by luscious tropical vegetation.

You will find modern appliances and everything you would expect in a well-equipped kitchen, e.g. stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, garbage disposal, etc. In the utility room there is a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed (both are Stearns & Foster). There is not a third bedroom (we have a queen size Murphy Bed that serves as a third bed - it folds out for sleeping).

The house is newly and very comfortable furnished and is well equipped with bed linens and towels. Just bring your personal items. It also has a full size pool table which is great if you happen to have a rainy day. The pool table was completely refurbished in January 2024 with new felt and proper leveling.

Attached to the front of the house is your very private, screened in pool deck.. The patio furniture includes a bar/table with 6 chairs.


The second story is totally independent of the first and is where the owners reside.

Just a short walk takes you to Siesta Village. The stores there will meet all your vacation needs: swimwear, sandals and gifts, food, and beverages. We have a wide range of restaurants to choose from on Siesta Key.

Please note: Minimum age to rent is now 25.

Relaxing few days away from home

We booked just a few short weeks prior to arrival and the owners were absolutely amazing to work with. Upon arrival check in was easy and the property was clean. We were very happy with our stay. It was clean, plenty of extra linens, towels and kitchen supplies. We used the pool table often as well as the hot tub.

Great Vacation

We had an amazing time. The 3 kids(8,6,and 3) all had a great time. They loved just hanging out in the pool and hot tub. Very short walk into the downtown area. Walked to siesta key beach a couple of times and it’s a very nice walk there. House was awesome and the owners are super nice.

Ideal family getaway

The house is just what we hoped for. Walking distance to the beaches and to shops and restaurants. Quiet street, easy parking. The pool and hot tub are a bonus, especially on a rainy afternoon. We will definitely consider booking again for a future visit to the area!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kevin and Laurel’s place! They had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and outside area were fabulous! We hope to be able to come back when red tide isn’t as much of an issue so we can get out and enjoy the beach as well.

Relaxing vacation

The space was clean and nice with plenty of room for my fiance and I. It is in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance of the beach and downtown Siesta Key. The owners were incredibly nice and gave us plenty of space. I would highly recommend staying here and we are planning on coming back!

Great first time to Siesta Key!

Loved staying here. Tons of room. The owners were very nice & accommodating. Loved the pool & hot tub. Tons of towels, chairs, umbrellas & boogey boards. Plus, the cart was an added bonus. Made going to the beach so much easier. We will definitely stay again!

we come here each year walk to the village is 10 minutes walk to the beach 20 minutes. What a extra surprise to see the beautiful master bathroom that was added. It really is home away from home. great place, very quiet

Wonderful Place for a Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family of four and there was room to spare. There were so many extras like beach chairs and a wagon and tons of beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need. And the owners are lovely. We will be back!

Kevin and his wife were amazing. Our trip in paradise was unfortunately cut short Due to a family emergency and they were understanding and helpful. The short time we were there we enjoyed The pool and hot tub. The updates are really nice as well. We hope to visit again soon

Pleasant experience

The hosts Laurel and Kevin are the best. Quick to address any questions or needs you might have come up. They are still doing repairs from the hurricane but mainly on outside property nothing that effected our stay. A very quiet area.

We stayed here from June 11-14. I have to say, I was very impressed with everything about the place. It was just as it looked in the photos - perfect amount of space, fully equipped kitchen, pool and jacuzzi were great.
