Nestled in the exclusive Private Harbour Towne community, you'll have access to a pool & spa, tennis, pickleball, a fishing pier, clubhouse, and a covered pavilion with grills.
Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Siesta Key public beach!

The townhome is situated on the second floor. Inside, a staircase leads to the third floor, where you'll find the third guest area. Please note, there are no elevators.

We have taken great care to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

★Living Area:
The luminous living area has a large L-shaped couch with two single seaters, as well as a coffee & side table and a smart-tv (cable included), with access to the balcony.

★Kitchen:
The kitchen is to your left upon entering the condo. It is fully equipped and has newer appliances which include: a fridge with ice-maker, dishwasher, oven & stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, drip-down and coffee machine.
A new sponge, dish soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent to get you started are included.

★Dining:
The round dining table is between the kitchen and living area and can seat up to 4 guests.
The breakfast bar has four bar stools for additional seating.

★Bedrooms:
1-The master bedroom, located on the 1st floor, has a King-sized bed, a reclining armchair, night stands with lighting, a small desk, a smart tv (cable included) and sliding doors. It is connected to the en-suite master bath with a spacious walk-in closet.

2-The guest bedroom, located on the 1st floor as well, has a King-sized bed, night stands with lighting, a built-in closet, a smart tv (cable included) and sliding doors.

3- The 2nd floor has the open living space for the third guest area, which has an open floor plan looking down to the 1st floor living room.
It features a king-sized bed with night stands and lighting, a pull-out couch and smart tv (cable included), desk space and bathroom.
Bedding & linens are included.

★Bathrooms:
1- The master bathroom has a His & Hers vanity top, a walk-in shower with toilet and a spacious walk-in closet.
2 & 3 - The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower with toilet and the 3rd bathroom has a bathtub and toilet.
Towels, a blow dryer and essential soap products are included.

★Balcony:
The balcony has a view to the boat docks. It is narrow and cannot accommodate seating.
The master bedroom and guest bedroom have sliding doors with a narrow space to the railing.

★Entertainment:

Coolers
BBQ (in garage, allowed to grill in driveway)
Community amenities: pool & spa, tennis, pickleball, fishing pier, clubhouse, and a covered pavilion with grills, please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

★Laundry:
The laundry machine are located in the entry hallway of the condo.
Basic detergents are supplied to start you off.

★Parking:
One parking available outside, garage not for guest use.

★Miscellaneous:
Secure community with entry gate code.
Self check-in starting 4 pm & self check-out by 10 am.
If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our Orquera Florida Investment office - Sarasota downtown.

Siesta Key Beach - 2 min drive/10 min walk
The Village on Siesta – 5 min drive
Downtown Sarasota – 15-20 min drive
Lido Beach – 25-30 min drive
We are on the Free Trolley stop! (Just a few steps from the Harbour Towne Entryway.)

★Important Notes & Rules:

This rental requires approval from the Home Owners Association (HOA), which involves a Lease Application Form and interview, and takes up to 14 days to process for approval before arrival.
The $150 application fee is the responsibility of the tenant and is included in the booking fee, though this amount may change.
No pets, no exceptions.
For your safety, swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
Residence is located next to water, supervise children at all times.
No parties and non-smoking.
AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F.
Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running

★Add-on:
Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
