Welcome to Casa Blanca A-15, your beautiful beach retreat just steps from the powdery white sands of Siesta Key’s private Crescent Beach. This spacious, totally remodeled (August 2025) 2- bedroom, 2-bath villa blends coastal charm with modern comfort, offering everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Step inside and feel the open, airy flow of this sunlit villa equipped with modern recessed lighting. The master suite features an adjustable queen bed with a plush Tommy Bahama mattress along with a matching twin bed. The completely remodeled en-suite bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a new adjustable king bed with a plush Tommy Bahama mattress. Each bedroom has its own 28-inch Smart TV. A second fully remodeled bathroom, also with a large walk-in shower, ensures everyone has their own space and comfort. The living and dining areas are newly furnished (August 2025) in a stylish, beach-inspired design and include a brand-new queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress. The completely remodeled and fully equipped kitchen features a stainless-steel refrigerator with built-in ice maker and filtered front water dispenser. New stainless-steel built-in appliances including dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig for your favorite brew. Sparkling clean quartz countertops complete the ultimate kitchen. The entire villa has been freshly painted and features plantation shutters and all the thoughtful touches that make it truly feel like home. A washer/dryer is included in the front bedroom for your convenience. After a day on the beach or by the pool, rinse off in your private outdoor hot/cold shower, unwind with a movie on the new 65" Smart HDTV, or relax in the sunroom on the Euro-style modern recliners.

Proximity to beach was incredible, right by trolley stop or a 10 min walk from restaurants, and beach was spectacular! Property was beautifully updated with needed details including beach towels, hairdryers, all kitchen needs, etc. Pool was great-clean, spacious, well-maintained. Overall - highly recommend
