Fisherman's Cove 50ft from the Gulf of Mexico Amazing View

Our beautiful beach front condo is completely renovated and IT IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH in Siesta Key Florida. This magnificent condo is one of the closest condos to the Gulf on Siesta Key, Florida. The blue-green waters of the Gulf are within 50 feet of the condo. This sophisticated unit is in high demand! We have lovely families that have been renting with us for years and new families are arriving weekly. This is one of the top grossing units in the Fisherman's Cove rental program. This condo is on track to book over $60,000 in gross rental income for 2020 in spite of the fact that we could not rent for two months. There is currently over $28,000 booked in gross rental income for 2021. Added benefit, we allow weekly rentals and monthly. This outstanding unit is on the second floor, accessible using the elevator or outside stairwell. This unit has been completely renovated with modern tile flooring throughout, updated kitchen and baths, and new furniture! The kitchen has granite counter tops with tiled back splash, and modern appliances including refrigerator, glass top range and oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped including a range of small appliances and Kuerig coffeemaker. The dining area has seating for six (including two bar stools) and is right off the kitchen. The living room is well-appointed with a tropical-style couch and love seat and a big, comfy chair, large flat panel HDTV and an amazing view out to the lanai and the Gulf. The air-conditioned lanai has floor to ceiling glass sliders overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the beach below. This unit also has glass sliders between the living room and Lanai giving the option of closing it off so the inside is air-conditioned but sliders can be opened on the Lanai. It is furnished with chairs and table to let you get comfortable as close to the water as possible. With the extensive upgrades, furnishings and decor, this is one of the top units at Fisherman's Cove! The owners have equipped this unit with lots of extras including beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards/skim boards, beach toys, bucket ball, a beach cart, and more! It also has a Wii Game Console with games, board games (for kids and adults) . Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your window! The master bedroom has a bay window overlooking the Gulf and beach below. It has a king-size bed, large HDTV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a large tiled shower. The second bedroom is uniquely furnished with a bunk bed with a full-size lower and twin-size upper bed plus another twin-size trundle bed, HDTV, and a large window overlooking the bay and boat docks. The second full bath has a tub/shower combo. This unit is equipped with its own high-speed WiFi internet access. This unit also comes equipped with a full size washer/dryer. Boat docks are available for guest use at no extra charge!! Bring your boat or rent one after you get here. Keep it right at the condo all week long. (Note; trailers cannot be stored on site) Fisherman's Cove is located less than 25 minutes from Sarasota airport, 90 minutes from Tampa, and two and a half hours from Orlando. Tons of great restaurants and golf courses are nearby. Fisherman's Cove is on the quiet southern end of Siesta Key at Turtle Beach. The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets! It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the Gulf from the lanai / patio.
