This inviting 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa duplex offers 1,000 sq. ft. of comfortable living space. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features two twin beds. A sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations. This unit features a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances. Enjoy the added convenience three large flat-screen TVs, central heating and air conditioning, as well as a relaxing lanai.

Located on the second floor, this unit sits directly across from our large, heated swimming pool—perfect for easy access and a great place to unwind during your stay.

Reviewer Comments: The carpet going up the stairs into the 2nd floor condo I think used to be a tan colour now it is so stained and disgusting it's probably 45 years old really needs to be updated. There were Cockroaches and palmetto bugs. The kitchen cabinet door was falling off. You had to hold the toilet handle down till it flushed all the way.

Phenomenal white sand, water and cleanliness. Fantastic grilling options, however would have been nice to have been more centrally located. Walkable options for meals and free shuttle/trolley available. Nice to have screened outdoor seating area. Beautiful property!

The management staff was always friendly and helpful.Th village is a short distance away on Siesta Key . We would highly recommend villa 10 as it can be a 2 or 4 bedroom depending on what you would like to book. It’s one stand alone villa that is 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs.

Great unit in a great complex. Partial ocean view, 2-3 minute walk to spectacular beach, nice pool, and family friendly. Unit has functional kitchen (pots/pans, dishes/bowls, glasses, etc). Only criticism is lack of kitchen "basics" - sponge, scrub brush, salt/pepper, etc., but minor issue compared to every other positive feature.

Love the location

Our villa was too close to the office and all the action...Too many cars coming and going...Loved the proximity to the gulf and the chairs and sand...beautiful beach!!! Our villa, 10B could use an update on furniture and fixtures...all a little worn but useable...All staff were friendly and courteous...We had a nice time!!!
