Prime Beachfront with Views, Views, Views!

You can't get much closer to the water than this! Steps to the sand with stunning Siesta Beach views from every room. The Gulf seems to surround you from this gorgeous, completely remodeled 4th floor 2BD 2BA unit. Just a short ride down the elevator and you're on the sand!

The unit also overlooks the heated Beachfront Pool!

"Coastal Chic" can be used to describe the completely remodeled Beachfront unit. Attention to detail is apparent as you enter to find an open concept Living/Dining/Kitchen area with Gulf views all around! The Living area opens to the private, oversized "L" shaped balcony/patio perfect for enjoying the sunsets, and fabulous Siesta Beach views.

The Master bedroom has two Queen beds, a large closet, and opens to the private balcony with Siesta Beach views. The Guest bedroom has two Full size beds and a walk-in closet. Both baths are completely remodeled. Convenient washer and dryer IN unit. The unit has two Flat Screen TV's - a 58" in the living area and a 43" in the master bedroom.

Beach towels and a medium size cooler are provided. The complex provides beach chairs and lounges at the beach. The unit features high speed, fiber-optic Wi-Fi with a dedicated router providing a secure connection. High speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property, with full coverage on the beach and down to the water!

The dedicated parking spot is located directly beside the building providing very easy access. The oversized parking spot easily accommodates vehicles such as large SUV's or Minivans.

The condo has satellite TV with over 200 channels. Enjoy easy access to the beachside grilling pavilion directly beside the building.

If they gave awards for sand - well, they do.....

Jamaica Royale provides 3 heated, freshwater pools, two beach Tiki Huts, chairs and lounges for the beach, as well as lovely tropical, manicured lawns and grounds. There is friendly and helpful on site property management, full time housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and security staff. The condo has an e-lock system so no need to keep up with keys. A unique code is generated to unlock the door for each guests stay. Enjoy easy check-in from the on-site office located in front of the complex.

It's just one mile from the condo to popular Siesta Key Village where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Everything from Zagat rated restaurants to very casual dining options exist on the Key. Free shuttles run throughout the day and night to Siesta Key Village. It's also just a short drive (15 mins) to mainland Sarasota for world class museums, cultural opportunities and additional dining and shopping areas.

We had a wonderful 1 week stay at this condo in Siesta Key. The location is phenomenal, offering immediate private beach access and a short drive to the local downtown area, which always had available parking.The condo was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed from beach chairs down to kitchen necessities. It was very clean and just an overall amazing space for our family during our stay.We will 100% be repeat customers and have already begun planning our return.

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable! It was steps from the beach and pool! The beach is absolutely beautiful! The pool was very nice! We would definitely stay here again! The beds are very comfortable and having two full bathrooms was so nice! We had a great week!

We had such a fabulous vacation at Jamaican Royale. This condo is spacious and very nicely decorated. The deck is enormous, and we enjoyed cocktails every night watching the beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Place

The whole place was clean and comfortable. Nice room's, spacious kitchen, nicely stocked. Great porch for watching sunset's, neighbor's tree blocked the final setting but still beautiful. Only downside was small slow elevator and I had to call office twice ( 2 different cars) about someone taking my T42 parking spot but they called one and ticketed one. Overall was a great stay. Would come back again.

Beautiful as described

The owner Kim was very helpful throughout my many questions about the Siesta Key area. This condo is very comfortable. I am always concerned about the comfort of the beds but these were great. Just steps from the beach and Ohhh that cool sand and blue beautiful water. I would go back. The management of the property is also very helpful and attentive.

Unbelievable view!

We came down for Thanksgiving with the family and with the timing being so close to the hurricanes we weren’t certain what we would find. It ended up far exceeding our expectations not only is the condo beautiful with incredible views, but dealing with the owner and the office was easy and efficient, the condo is well stocked with anything you might need extensive patios for outdoor entertaining. We will definitely be back.

The View!

The condo was clean, as were the property grounds. The pools were clean and warm. The location was perfect for beach access and the shuttle to/from the Village was convenient. Parking was also convenient. There did not appear to be any restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store is conveniently nearby just off the island. Beach chairs and toys were provided. Would have been nice if a beach umbrella was provided but due to the cooler weather we were fine without one. The pictures are accurate with respect to the beautiful view. We would come back!

5 star condo!

This was one of the cleanest condos we've ever stayed in. Everything was in perfect working order - washer, dryer, microwave, oven. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for dishes, utensils and appliances. Living area was spacious with a very comfortable seating area and a large tv. Beds were quite comfortable with plenty of storage space in each bedroom. Our reserved parking space was very close by. It was a very short and easy walk out to the beach. We knew ahead of time that we needed to bring any and all pantry staples for cooking. Minimal paper products and soap were provided as listed in the description. Kim was a great host - she replied to my pretrip emails quickly and was very responsive and helpful with a Wifi issue upon our arrival. We would gladly stay here again.

MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE

The condo is big and spacious, very clean . The beach is fabulous and the sunsets are gorgeous. The property is very nice but they did not tell us construction was going on and the main pool by the beach was closed . The master bedroom had two queen beds , one was perfectly comfortable the other needs a new mattress. The view from the balcony is a side view , its still very nice but the full on front view is from the front door . The furniture on the balcony is very nice and there is plenty of seating . There is more than enough pillows and bedding . The washer and dryer are very nice. We had a wonderful time , I highly reccommend this property
