Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties - The Best Homes, Location and Vacation Experience on Siesta Key!

The living room has a variety of sofas and side chairs to accommodate all guests comfortably. Through the coral barn doors, you will find a stunning dining room that conveniently offers easy access to the deck and BBQ grill. In the kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances and a variety of pots and pans.

With two primary bedrooms that are beautifully decorated and include gorgeous ensuite bathrooms - one with a standalone tub and the other with a walk-in shower - you'll feel like royalty. Four additional king rooms and two bunk rooms mean that everyone in your group will have a comfortable place to rest their head. Each room is outfitted with lavish linens and a TV, and the king rooms even have their own ensuite bathrooms. The bunk rooms share a hall bath with a convenient walk-in shower.

Our large family met for a beach vacation in this house worked out perfectly! The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because the pool had not been serviced correctly and we had to get them to come back out and clean out the green algae before we could swim.

Great Experience

Just finished our stay at the Sunset Splash property. We had a group of 12 adults, two toddlers and an infant. The house was spacious and very clean. The pool was fantastic and all the features were a huge hit. The location between the beach and the village was absolutely perfect. Once we were there we never needed to pile into a car. My family is already asking when we can come back!

Wonderful place!

Place was absolutely wonderful. Great communication prior to the trip, informing us of all the necessary details. Upon arrival, everything was as listed. Great pool, Tikki bar in back yard, heated spa, place was very clean and well maintained. Great place and highly recommend!!!

The perfect week in Florida!

This property was all we had hoped it would be. In addition to being a very accommodating house for our family of 13 and 4 generations the location could not have been better. From the end of the driveway on the left and 800 feet down the street were all the shops, restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. On the right we were less that 800 feet from one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Again, a perfect week in Florida!

Perfect location

We loved this location, close to the beach as well as short walk to shops. We enjoy the north end of Siesta beach as it is less congested than the south end. Pool & hot tub were a source of great fun. Property managers were responsive immediately responsive with any question or difficulty we had. This is the second time our extended family stayed in this house as it is a challenge to find a 8 bedroom house so close to the beach! The furnishings appeared to have been enjoyed by many people over many years. One refrigerator is a challenge for 20 people. We managed by bringing several large coolers. Despite furnishings, we all enjoyed a fabulous time at this ideal location.

Great place for a big family to stay

We came to celebrate my 50th bday with family and had an amazing time. We were walking distance to the beach and also to downtown. The house was just what I wanted, it was super clean, they have everything you need. Great communication with management and easy to check in.

Fantastic family spot

We rented the house for a big family gathering - 5 siblings and their spouses / families with kids of all ages. The house was perfect, each bedroom has its own bath and plenty of space, the pool area is great for Everyone and the kids loved the water slide ! Beach is easily accessible with just a short walk and it’s great for kids too with an amazing sandbar, lots of animals ( we saw manatees, dolphins, sea urchins, crabs, sand dollars, clams
. You name it) and walk The other direction and you are right in town for a nice dinner, grocery stop, the dacqauri bar or even donuts & coffee! It was an ideal location with sooo much space - even with 20 of us we didn’t feel cramped the entire week ! Would definitely stay here again !

Amazing Stay But

We had an amazing stay. Few things needed to be corrected like shower didn’t drain in one bathroom and large leak spot over tub. Would still love to return but when I inquired about 2023 was told price went up 130%. Yes u read it right. I can put a down payment on a home. Disappointed. Really wanted to come back. BUT

The best spot to stay on the Key!

The location of this home is perfect. 100 ft to the right, is the beach, 100ft to the left, is the Village. The home looks small from the road but on the inside, it's huge but very well laid out. Bedrooms were a great size and the walls have great sound barrier for anyone that wants to watch TV at night and wont disturb anyone else in other rooms. Noise from the road, was non existent. Even sitting outside by the pool, we were never bothered by any noise. I guess due to all the greenery? The home was very well equipped with everything. The ONLY suggestion, IF I HAD TO make one, is we all wished the fridge was bigger or had an extra fridge outside. With all the people that stayed in the house, storage of fridge food was at a premium and there had to be extra trips to the grocery store...But honestly, the place is wonderful The communication, if I had ANY questions about the property, my emails or phone calls were answered, either immediately or in a timely manner. Communication was perfect. We loved this place so much, we have already booked again for next March. Great memories are made in this house. Maureen

Great Family Beach Vacation

Great location! Loved the layout of the house for our family of 4 generations. Pool/slide/hot tub & Tiki hut was a sure hit for all of the family. Relaxed, casual, beach house was perfect for a wonderful week of fun. Short walk to beach allowed for daily exercise & fun. Short walk to shops & restaurants is so convenient! Management was very nice and responsive to requests. Family wants to vacation here again next year says it all!

Wonderful stay

This property was great. It was close to the beach and local restaurants. The house had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. The pool with slide kept my kids entertained while the cabana kept the adults comfortable in the sun. I highly recommend staying here.

Greatest trip ever!

We had 15 adults and 1 child. So all the couples had their own bedroom. The location of the house was perfect. We walked about 1 block to a beautiful beach and a couple blocks in the other direction to go into the village. The village was wonderful. Great food and shops. We did a ton of activities each day and swam each night in the pool. Perfect! The only complaint was the mosquitoes. I recommend spraying Bifen XTS once a month in the bushes. We would definitely like to return again.
