Features include a one car attached garage, an open great room concept with elevated dining area, and 20 ft of balcony space overlooking a lake. This townhouse is conveniently located across from Siesta Key's Public Beach and the complex has both tennis courts and a heated pool with covered pavilion and BBQ area.

Felt like home. Safe area for mother daughter trip. Easy in garage parking. Chose based off of proximity to beach, use of beach wagon, umbrella, pickleball paddles, and bikes... all in great condition. Plenty of space for lots of guests we would love to bring in the future. Plenty of games, toiletries, kitchen appliances, spices, utensils, towels, then totes and coolers etc. (made traveling light by plane easier) Easy, gracious, and responsive communication with owner

The house was great for our small family! The location was very quiet and a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach supplies and parking in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was great! There are no oceans views, but a pretty lake is right outside your patio door! The place was nice and conveniently located across from the sieata key public beach and close to siesta village. We had a great stay!

This property was not only clean and spacious, everything you need for the beach was there and available to use! The beds were cozy. Kitchen fully stocked ( not that we cooked) neighbors were friendly. A quiet peaceful place to stay! Felt very safe!

I booked this property for a girl’s trip and did was WONDERFUL! It was nice, clean, and very convenient to the beach. The host was very friendly and she responded quickly to my messages. I will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Directly across from public beach, nice clean pool and the pond was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay! The pond has turtles and crabs that are so much fun to watch right from your porch/balcony! We hope to do this trip yearly!

Great location for the public beach access

Overall, good property for the price. The seal on the sliding glass doors off the master bedroom was not attached and we had a lizard in our room one night and a giant spider the other. The pool is shared with other condos and was a lot smaller in person than I realized from the pictures. Pool was very busy. There are pickleball courts across the street and you can hear that from sun up to sun down. Not disturbing, just worth noting. Location to the village is a little far to walk with children. Location to the main public beach access is an easy walk. Lots of beach things were provided which was super convenient. The master bedroom fan was extremely dirty and the walls were filthy as well, especially closer to the ceiling. It seemed like the house wasn’t very clean upon our arrival. Overall, good property for the price.

Beautiful townhouse

Loved this townhouse, location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Everything was provided including extra towels, sheets, comforters, beach toys, beach cart, etc. I would highly recommend this place.

Our House on the Beach Townhouse

The townhouse was great for several reasons. It’s a large space that includes a separate dining room for large group entertaining or family game nights. The community pool was excellent! It’s a nice location from the beach and the village, which we walked to for dinner several times. Communication with Michelle was excellent- she responded very quickly every time. There are new public pickle ball courts across the street next to the beach parking lot which are always in use from 7am-10pm - you do hear that noise mainly in the morning and evening. The only negative was that we didn’t feel like the unit was super clean mainly because of the poor condition of the carpeting throughout the unit, but we enjoyed our stay very much.

Enjoyed our time here tremendously

The pool was great. Once we figured out how to get to the beach easily, find an ideal parking place with the least amount of walking, we can only rave about the property. The owner, Michelle, was fantastic and her unit was stocked with anything you could ever want. We can only hope we can rent this property again for a month. It was a terrific vacation & the weather was perfect!!

Siesta

Due to recent hurricanes, there was construction going on in the complex. Lots of the garages were getting new drywall I think. The workers were considerate, and we were so pleased that there wasn’t more damage, and that they were able to do repairs so soon!!!We loved the carts for the beach and all the chairs. There were a couple windy & cool days. We were pleased the unit faced the sun & blocked the wind and we could sit out on the nice big balcony. The layout of the big unit was well suited for 2 couples. I personally enjoyed reading a few of the available books. When we reached out our owner was quick to respond. The pool was nice. The complex is located across the street from beach parking lot and we could walk to the Village.We’d go here again! Thank you!

End of summer vacay

Perfect size for our group of 4. Very close to the beach and the village. Very nice premises. Everything you can possibly need is available in this townhouse.
