Wake up to beautiful views of Lake Thun and the Swiss Alps in this authentic Swiss house in Sigriswil, a quiet residential area above the lake. Expect nature, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings — not crowds.

This Authentic Swiss House with 3 bedrooms, spread across three levels, accessible by two staircases, up to 6 guests, and 2 free parking places, ideal for families, couples, and friends seeking comfort, outdoor activities, and a truly Swiss experience 🇨🇭

A peaceful residential area above Lake Thun with alpine scenery and direct access to hiking trails. Ideal for hiking, skiing, biking, swimming, sailing, paragliding — or simply relaxing on the balcony 😌

Getting around 🚌
• Please note the roads are curvy, narrow, and steep. Drive carefully and enjoy the ride.
• The area is well served by public transport. At check-in, you’ll receive a tourist card with free bus access and great local discounts.
• The nearest bus stop is about a 20-minute walk, followed by a 40-minute bus ride to Thun train station.

🕙 Check-Out Instructions (10:00 AM)
• Standard cleaning is included if these steps are followed. Extra fees may apply.
• Leave trash in the bin under the kitchen sink.
• Start the dishwasher (or wash by hand). Do not store wet dishes.
• Leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
• Turn off the stove and lights.
• Return items to their original places.
• Left-behind items will be donated.
• Lock the doors and return the key to the keybox.

• Quiet hours after 10 PM, especially on the balcony. Noise sensors are in place.
• No parties. Authorities may be notified.
• No smoking indoors or on the balcony.
• No pets allowed.
• Fireplace and BBQ are not available.
• No drones on or around the property; local fines apply.
• Ventilate after cooking and showering.
• Report any damage with photos immediately.
• Inform us of any change in guest numbers.
• We respond to messages 8 AM–6 PM.

*House Rules During Your Stay*

=> Silence after 10 pm, especially outside on the balcony, out of respect for the neighbours. Noise sensors will notify you if noise limits are not respected.
=> No parties allowed (disregarding this rule will result in notification to the police).
=> No smoking inside or on the balcony.
=> No pets allowed.
=> No use of the fireplace. BBQ is allowed.
=> Air out the kitchen/living room for at least 15 minutes after cooking, and the bathroom after showering.
=> Guests need to report any damages with pictures as soon as they occur.
=> Guests must inform us if more people are coming than indicated in the reservation.
=> Our working hours are from 8 am to 6 pm, during which we will respond to your messages.
=> Please read the amenities list to ensure you know what to expect.

The cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning the place, provided you comply with the check-out instructions below. Otherwise, extra cleaning fees will apply:

=> Check-out is until 10 am.
=> Leave the trash bag in the bin below the kitchen sink.
=> Place all dirty dishes/pans in the dishwasher and turn it on. If there is no dishwasher, wash them by hand. Do not place wet dishes back in the cupboards.
=> Leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
=> Turn off the stove and lights.
=> Return all furniture and objects to their original places.
=> Forgotten personal belongings will be donated to charity.
=> Lock the doors and return the key to the keybox.
