They gave me a key to someone else’s room . Was a mistake on there end but made it very awkward for me ( also lugging all my stuff upstairs and then back down) Luckily had same room and great breakfast. Also heated pool Down side besides above is that parking is very limited. We got there around 9pm and no place to park unfortunately but we figured it out. I would definitely be back. My issues were a simple error and I’m sure dosent happen often
