Beautiful sky lounge on the 12th floor. We had a situation with the water pipe, they offered us another room to solve the problem. Great staff and beautiful hotel.

Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and orderly, the problem was that they could never fix the water temperature for the whole 4 days we stayed there.We could never have cold water in the shower, the water a extremely hot.
