Less than a mile's walk will bring you to pursue the shoreside trail of Blue River, or you can hop in the car and head over to one of the many mountain biking and hiking trails in the area.

In the winter, you'll have free access to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on the golf course! The townhome is also centrally located for ski days at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, and Beaver Creek.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time in this town home. We walked along the path outside our dining room window everyday which was so inviting with its babbling brook and beautiful flowers. The town home was perfect. It was very clean, fully stocked (including enough paper products and soaps for our entire trip), and beautifully furnished. We had a couple of questions the first day and Trey responded immediately with what we needed to know. This was one of the nicest units we've stayed in over the years and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

Great place to stay especially if waterfront accessibility is important. Private lake and trail along the Blue River close. We even had Moose in the back yard which was awesome. There is a bathroom for every bedroom which is great for bigger groups. We had everything we needed to cook but there are also great restaurants close. Definitely a recommend!!

The view was spectacular! The unit was very clean with everything you would expect & more. Our 2 teenage girls liked having their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub & master bathtub. Location was perfect next to a walking path along a stream. Silverthorne is a lovely town with everything you could want. One thing I would suggest is to mention the portable air conditioning unit that is in the upstairs closet in the welcome book. The showers take a couple minutes for the water temperature to regulate but once it does you are good to go. We would definitely come back!!!

What a wonderful, wonderful stay. We brought my wife's uncle down from the mountains to stay with us for a few days & had a great time. This was a great location, close to the town & country side. The river behind made for a great walk.

Wonderful home in Silverthorne

We stayed here with our adult son, adult daughter and her partner for a family vacation.The property is beautiful, and having 3 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom was fantastic.The home was fully equipped with everything we needed - plenty of towels (including huge soft bath sheets for the hot tub), lots of pillow options, and a well-equipped kitchen. The 4-star rating for "cleanliness" is only because when we arrived, we found stains on the carpet in the master bedroom as well as a few other things. However, the property manager, Trey, was quickly and thoroughly responsive, sending a cleaning crew over the next day and when we returned home, the home was spotlessly clean, including freshly shampooed carpets upstairs. (he explained the regular cleaning person had been ill and substitute cleaners had clearly not done a thorough job the first time) The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet (we never heard a single neighbor or much other noise for that matter) with a lovely walking path that goes along the river. For our trip, it was centrally located between Denver, where we went a couple times, and Vail, where our daughter lives. My only suggestion would be to label some of the many wall switches in the living room area-we were constantly turning things on or off by accident (overhead light, ceiling fan, hall light) because it wasn't clear what switch controlled which item. We enjoyed our stay at 172 Allegra and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

This place was really great - absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Sparkling clean, great location and the views from the hot tub were amazing! The listing does say there's a gas grill, which is also mentioned in the house guide, but it appears to no longer be there. Host was also very responsive. Would absolutely love to stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

This condo is a great place right outside of the main town. Everything was clean and the kitchen has a lot of cooking / baking stuff. It was nice I didn’t have to go buy kitchen stuff like I normally have to do at other rentals.

Wonderful for Multi-Generational Family

Beautiful views of the mountains. Very comfortable kitchen-living area for family hanging out. Fireplace on with the flip of a switch. Hot tub was easy to use and sooo nice in the afternoons with mountain views. Kitchen was perfect for easy family breakfasts and dinners and dining table comfortably seated 6. 1/2 bath on main level was very convenient as was garage access. Our vehicle was too large for the garage but it was so nice for getting everyone in and out of the house easily. All bedrooms are upstairs. Each is en suite which gave everyone their own “quarters”. Great location for accessing Keystone and Breckenridge.
