Summer or winter, you can be assured of an outstanding vacation at this upgraded 4BR/4.5BA townhome in Silverthorne. Enjoy incredible Rocky Mountain views, a game room, and a private hot tub, as well as easy access to skiing at Keystone (20 minutes) and Breckenridge (30 minutes).

This sleek remodeled townhouse can sleep 10 comfortably across 4 bedrooms. Best of all, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom!

After a fun-filled day of outdoor adventures, enjoy an indulgent soak in the private hot tub on the patio. Other perks include a gas fire pit, gas BBQ grill, and a game room.

The spacious and open layout offers plenty of space to spend time together, and the home’s prime location is close to dining and shopping.

INSIDE THE TOWNHOUSE

Kick back on the comfy couch and enjoy the warm ambience of the fireplace while taking in the mountain views in the inviting living room.

Play foosball or watch TV in the game room. When you want some outside time, sit by the fire pit or soak in the huge hot tub out back.

A well-equipped and modern kitchen features granite countertops and upgraded stainless appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather at the breakfast bar or at the rustic wood dining table for six.

After a day of alpine fun, retire to the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, gas fireplace, and en-suite bathroom.

A second suite features a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, while the downstairs third bedroom has a twin and full-size bed, along with an en-suite bath. A twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed can also be found in the game room.

Two additional bathrooms (one full-bath and one half-bath) offer plenty of space to get ready on those prime powder ski mornings.

With numerous ski resorts and shopping within 20 minutes, this rental is perfect for mountain adventures and back-to-nature tranquility. Even when you’re just sitting at home, beautiful mountain views don’t let you forget you are in the heart of mountain country!

This house suited our visit perfectly. Bedroom with queen/twin and game room with twin bunk and trundle were on the lower level. Which is where you access outdoor dpace and hot tub.Main level was kitchen, dining, living room and half bath. Open space made it great to spend time together. Upstairs is queen & king bedrooms Each room has its own bathroom which is a plus! Host was easy to reach and very communicative. This property is in Silverthrorn so close to shops and places to eat. Frisco Marina is about 15 mins away. The Adventure Park & Breckenridge are 20 minutes away. Not a bad drive.TVs in all the rooms, ceiling fans in some but property has several fan in closets to use (there is no AC home in this area).

This rental was ideal for us to share with other family members, including 3 little kids, as we visited other family in the area. Each bedroom having an en suite bathroom allowed everyone to have their own private space. The different bedroom configurations helped accommodate our different families well. The kitchen was well stocked and the large dining table and downstairs outdoor space gave options for gathering together with our whole family. Everything we needed and wanted to do was a short drive down the hill.

Vacasa bad service

Couldnt get in. Took over n hour. Gave husbands name on account but they insisted on only speakig to me. Then got confirmation for our added night via on line service but the never fullfiled it so, had to book additional night at higher rate. Very unprofessional service and slow. When we returned home I received a reply toa question about the property from over 1 week before. The home was peferce for the group but vacasa is giving a bad name to VRBO and its customers Finally got

Amazing Home

Our stay was great, and the home was clean and well-stocked. The only issues we ran into: 1) the door combination did not work so we had to use the key in the lock box. 2) There were no dish towels. 3) The grill needs a good cleaning. It started on fire while we were using it.

A few days in the mountains

Beautiful house, exactly as shown in pictures. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Someone should go around the house with a screw driver, there're lots of loose things, cabinets, toilet paper roll holders, door handles etc. The entry code didn't work for the front door or garbage dumpster. Had to call customer service to get in. I-70 noise is ever present. The gorgeous 4 bedrooms and 5 baths were perfect for out adult family of 5. Thanks

Poor Customer Service from Vacasa and Multiple Issues Made for a Disappointing Stay

My experience at this VRBO property was extremely disappointing due to a number of issues. Firstly, the code provided to unlock the property was incorrect, and when we contacted customer support for assistance, they refused to provide the correct code to a person who WAS named on the VRBO reservation. This resulted in my friend being stranded outside in the freezing cold and dark for several hours, which was an extremely distressing experience. Additionally, the code provided to access the dumpster was also incorrect, which left us unable to dispose of our trash properly. Thirdly, the hot tub was dirty upon arrival, and it required me to spend more than three hours on the phone with customer support in order to have it cleaned. Not only was the hot tub dirty, but the water was green and smelled like sewage. This was a significant inconvenience as I had been looking forward to using the hot tub during my stay. Furthermore, the garage door was finicky and didn't work properly, which made it difficult to enter and exit the property. This was frustrating and caused unnecessary stress during my stay. Lastly, there were not enough supplies provided for my nine-night stay, including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and towels for use with the hot tub. This required me to make multiple trips to the store, taking away from my vacation time. Overall, I would not recommend this VRBO property due to the lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and lack of basic necessities provided, as well as the issues with the garage door. If you're looking for an stress-free and enjoyable stay, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Wonderful home with plenty of room

We enjoyed this beautiful home while on our family/friends ski vacation. There was plenty of room for our party of 8. Just a few hiccups along the way, but overall very nice. We were given the wrong code to enter the home. The hot tub system was lock. Had to call for support on both situations, but situations were resolved. Bathroom’s could use a deep cleaning in the corners and on exhaust vents. Overall was a wonderful home and a great experience. Would stay there again!!

Amazing House

This house was amazing!!! Our group consisted of my husband, myself, our 3 children (ages 22, 20, and 7), and 2 of my sons friends (both 21). This house had plenty of space for us all to gather for meals and hang out, but also enough space for everyone to have their own space when needed
including a bathroom in each bedroom. It goes without saying the joy of not having to share bathrooms. I really appreciated the continuity of the decor throughout the house. Even the smallest detail of brushed bronze in all the bathrooms and the orange peel texture were just little things that make this house awesome
it’s all in the details. I can’t forget to mention the other amenities such as the hot tub, fire pit, heated floors, gas fireplaces, comfortable beds, and so much more made this house a must stay!!! Kitchen was pleasantly stocked and plenty of towels. Small issue checking in, but issue was solved within 10 minutes.

Great Place

The condo was very clean (and I’m picky). I would say the accommodations were above average. We had five small children, and cooked most meals at home. We missed not having a crockpot or even a 9X13 pan! (We survived). No fault of the owner, but I-70 traffic could be heard night and day—-and the patio view isn’t much to speak of (condo walls and fence).

Another Great Experience

This was our 4th year here and had another great experience. It’s a good spot that is close to the resorts and town, and had everything we needed there so we didn’t have to leave for any entertainment. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great location in the mountains with beautiful views! Was traveling with kiddos under 1 years old & asked for time accommodation which was denied twice for “ rigorous cleaning” due to Covid which was big inconvenience for me! which made my check in 3 hours late, time I already paid for, upon arrival frequently used surfaces were sticky! (Stair railings, table top, & fridge door handles which proved the “rigorous cleaning” they claim to have to do had NOT been doin prior to our stay! For that reason I will not rent with them again

This place was amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. Well stocked kitchen, with many pantry items that tend to get forgotten when packing for a long weekend. Large hot tub big enough for our entire group. Close to everything with beautiful views. Quick communication with management company when there was an issue with trash disposal. Great place for a group of friends or a family getaway.
