This countryside property has outstanding panoramic views over the mountain ranges which will be the ideal setting for relaxing holidays and near the beaches of Armação de Pera. Our guests will have the exclusive use of the outdoor pool (12 x 6). The outer offers a friendly Bbq area with outside furniture to share with family and friends. Sports lovers will be able to use our mini football field. The property is located near the medieval town of Silves, offering a good geographic location with easy access to local but picturesque locations in the Algarve such as Carvoeiro, Benagil, Portimão and Lagos.

The Space.
Ground floor family house with 4 bedrooms (all with double bed) facing south. The ample living and dining area is facing the 12m length outdoor pool. TV lounge with a 6 seats comfy sofa. The rustic and fully equipped kitchen will delight all cook lovers. The outdoor area has a wide selection of chairs, tables, and sunbeds. Soccer field within the premises is also available for all our guests. All rooms have air conditioning. Outdoor parking space for 3 to 4 vehicles. This impressive house can host up to 8 people.

The decoration has been inspired in the countryside and nature combined with warm tiled floors and soft colors in neutral and beige tones. The result is a perfect space to enjoy the essence of the Algarve region. Furthermore, comfort is guaranteed, as the wide range of services includes Wi-Fi connection and Smart TV, espresso coffee machine, air conditioning, among others. The property has stunning views.

The access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the property. Located just a 6kms from Silves and 10 minutes to the beaches. The property is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. House rules must always be respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed in any booking is 8 people.

The neighborhood
Located in the outskirts of Silves in the small village of Sitio das Tinhosas. Just 10 minutes’ drive from Alcantarilha and easy access to the A22 highway.

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information

A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
