This condo unit includes free cable television, wireless internet, and a phone that operates for free local calls. The kitchen is also fully stocked with amenities, including a washer & dryer, stove and oven, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and the essentials to prepare a delicious home cooked meal.
Shampoo, body wash, soap and towels are also provided upon check-in.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY!!! When we first got there, we expected a three bedroom house, but instead we got a two bedroom. Eileen was on top of everything. She told us that the reason why we got the two bedroom was because of the water issues in the three bedroom house. Overall, the stay was great. AC was perfect. We actually turned it off a few times because we were too cold. No problems at all. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to come. And stay in Guam for a few weeks.The place is centralized. I was able to visit both my family on the north side and the south side and drove less than 20 minutes each way. We had access to everything in the island that we wanted to go to and being centralized was the best thing to do. Thank you, Eileen, for always checking on us and making sure that everything was good.
