The apartment is on two levels with a pergola furnished with table and chairs. Ground floor: living-dining room with kitchenette, French sofa bed and bathroom with shower. In the mezzanine, accessible by a comfortable staircase, there is a double bed.
The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, free wired and wi-fi internet connection and independent heating and air conditioning. The apartment also has a private garden, swimming pool and parking.

The original characteristics of the apartment has remained unchanged so that the massive chestnut beams and ceilings with old bricks can be admired in all their original splendor. The comfortable furniture is mainly formed by ancient pieces that blend with the architectural characteristics of the apartment.
In front of the apartment there are large panoramic gardens arranged on various levels and shaded by trees. Each apartment has its own outdoor area with its furniture and a barbecue. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool.
