The bathroom door was faulty and couldn’t lock. A little surprised for the rates we are paying. The bathtub was not cleaned properly and hair strands could be seen. Otherwise everything was good and extremely convenient with many food choices at Jewel.

The room is spacious, very clean and surprisingly quiet even though it is right next to the runway. The location is very convenient as it is connected to the airport terminal. The staff were super nice and welcoming. We had a very pleasant stay and definitely consider for future visits.

We had a great stay here, it took us a while to figure out how to actually get to the hotel from the airport. But once that was sorted, it was really convenient, a nice room, pool and bar/dining. Will definitely stay again on our next trip through Singapore.
