Good value for money and an excellent location. This is a no frills place, but has everything you need and is in a great spot. 5 minute walk to Nicolls Hwy MRT station, so very easy to get around. The taxi from the airport only took 20 mins as well. Really quiet as well: it is on a main road but no street noise. Would recommend!

Location and across from the hotel there is a hawker center with good selections of food and prices are way better than the restaurant at the hotel
