Stayed during F1 weekend. Very small room for 2 but clean. Didn’t spend much time in room apart from sleeping and showering. MRT 2 minute walk was amazing, very easy to get around and back to hotel.

Nice comfy little hotel, very close to Orchard and Bugis. Many food options within walking distance to the hotel, available from morning to late night. Within walking distance to 3 different MRT lines. On property laundry is available for SGD $11. One potential flaw is that the parfume smell in the lobby might be a bit too strong for some.

Cant fault the staff , location or value in terms of hotel costs in Singapore. However I did find the hotel to be very noisy, the walls are very thin and on two separate nights I had to ask reception to speak to my neighbours who were shouting at 1.00am. This they were happy to do and the noise stopped. The room was also a little cramped with big luggage but not really a problem. Was offered a shower when I came back in the afternoon after checkout to get my bag which was appreciated. The wifi was also very good for my needs.

Handy location

Great location for getting around. Bencoolen MRT is downstairs so easy to and from airport. Dhoby Gaut MRT is a few minutes walk away so access to other lines. There's a good food court across the road but Bencoolen is not a great area for dining. The Arab district is only one train stop away and it was brilliant. Everything in Singapore is an easy train ride awat.. that's why being near MRT is fantastic.

Good location close to mrt station. Pool was nice. All very clean. Breakfast was adequate, could do with yoghurt and another cereal option other than cornflakes.

Room was quite small, much smaller than expected (booked a superior queen room), ca hear everything from your room (like people in the corridor and big buses passing on the main road) and breakfast was very disappointing as not many options (they use a cafe next to the hotel). Otherwise good location, next to an MRT stop.

The room was extremely small—two petite women had to squeeze in, and we could barely open our carry-on luggage. The soundproofing was terrible; water flowing from other units and late-night visitors outside kept disturbing us.
