i would definitely stay here again. Great hotel. I walked the area and found a couple of fantastic malls, about a 15 min walk away. Lots of food and stores. Plus the metro is below the mall too. Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The real difference between this property and any other in Singapore is the staff. They are sensational! From the bell boys at the front right up to the staff in the lounge we were always greeted with a warm welcome and they went out of their way every time to make us feel special. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Singapore. A special mention for professionalism and their willingness to always help goes to Glenn, Sabrina, Anand and Zoe in the lounge and Suren and Dinesh for their great work at front of house. I have already booked my next stay here. Novotel, you have recruited excellently!
