Reception staff was terrible. Specially Sarah. This girl on her shift didn’t answer calls. We had to go down to reception at 10:00pm after we called her 6 times to book a wake up call and book a taxi to airport. After we went down and booked the wake up call , she did not do any wake up call or answer any reception calls or booked the taxi. We were scrambling to reach the airport. She should not be working there as she is not taking job responsibilities seriously.

This is a very nice hotel which is very well located in respect to Changi airport (one stop away on MRT - EXPO, then 5 mins walk from MRT). Rooms are very nice and spacious and check-in is easy. One big negative for me: hotel has no facilities anywhere for charging phones (i.e., USB charging ports) - a really strange decision on the part of hotel management - they must be still living in the 1980's. Also, a buffet breakfast is available for SNG $25, but this is really poor compared to most other hotels. But there is a supermarket very close by (hrs: 8am - 11pm), as well as a number of food outlets.
