Above small shopping centre and reasonable food options. 20 min walk from nearest MRT. Unfortunately room 1561 had an AC which sounded like a tornado, meaning I had to turn it off to sleep. Otherwise modern property and was very nice overall. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Shutter service not on time.

The stay was good. The shutter service was pretty disappointing. The timing posted for the shutter to arrive at the Novena pickup point is not accurate at all. I waited for at least 30mins or more before the shutter arrived.
