I tried to contact the YOTELAIR several times prior to my stay asking about location and if I needed to clear immigration or not. There was no answer. And now I think that was intentional. You MUST clear immigration. And you need to submit a SGAC form within 3 days prior to arrival. And if I had known that I would have cancelled the reservation. Getting to the Yotelair from Terminal 2 involves a very long walk. Look for signs to Jewel to help you find the Yotelair. When I arrived, it was 24 C in the room and I could not change the temperature from the room. They were able to do it at the front desk but it takes time. The deadbolt on my door did not work. As I was checking out, another guest mentioned that their door did not lock either. The room is exactly as pictured. Which was okay. But minimal amenities, not even a hand towel. No water bottle in the room. I heard another guest complain that the electrical sockets in their room did not work. Overall impression, basically a dormitory room. Will not stay again.

We couldn’t check in until 6pm and had to check out at 9am. I hadn’t clocked that and it was very annoying. Expensive for 15 hours!!! Rooms are tiny and bed was extremely uncomfortable! Maintenance work (drilling & hammer) disturbed us from 6:30AM!!! Check-in staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming - unusual for Asia. Would not recommend.

Perfect for transit overnight. Basically at airport but be mindful as outside security thus transit visa requirements for overseas travelers . Clean , quiet and inside the Jewel shopping Centre.

It doesn’t feel clean inside the room. The bed sheet is musty. The toilet is the worst part.. it smells stinky. The smell came from the pipe. I don’t feel comfortable living in the room at all.

Great place to stay but on both nights we stayed the arrogant building owners of the building Jewel allowed building work to be carried out between 11:30 pm and 4:15 am despite YOTEL complaining several times. A hammer drill drilling into concrete doesn’t help you sleep
