When we checked in, the room's A/C had not been running and the room was 90 degrees. Every day when we came home, the A/C had to be reset, and the room was sweltering. Also, the bathroom door was closed and when we opened it, a terrible odor consumed the room. After airing it out for an hour, it was okay. Staff are very nice, but only one member of the day shift each day speaks any English, and it is very limited. Restaurant is nice, but serves very limited beer selections.

Stayed in that hotel many times. Everytime I go something got worse. This time is the smell of the room. Utterly chemical and the toiletries are awful. I could swear the soap bar is the same kind my mum used to wash clothes with. Breakfast is good buy there are much better hotels in Sinop

People working in this hotel are nice and happy. Breakfast is amazing. The restaurant is also very good. Nothing negative to say. I recommend it!

This place was great. The room was spacious and clean and the food at the hotel was excellent! I was delightfully surprised with the modern look and feel of this hotel.
