The inviting living room is thoughtfully designed to offer a cozy atmosphere, making you feel right at home. From the large, comfortable lounge sofa, you can take in the stunning view of the terrace, the beach of Sint-Annaland, and the picturesque Oosterschelde. It's the perfect spot to unwind with a good book, enjoy a fun game, or settle in for a movie night on the large-screen TV in the evening.

The kitchen, with a dining area, is fully equipped to help you prepare delicious meals. It includes a stove, a combi-microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a freezer. With the Quooker and Nespresso machine, you can easily brew a fresh cup of coffee or tea whenever you like. Across from the kitchen, a cozy dining table is complemented by a comfortable sofa, making it ideal for long dinners and drinks with loved ones.

The property features two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be combined into a double bed. From your bed, you can enjoy your favorite shows. Each room comes with a wardrobe, bedside tables with lighting, and a coat rack for added convenience.

The stylish bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower and a double sink with mirror heating, ensuring comfort even on chilly mornings. The toilet is conveniently located next to the bathroom.

This vacation home is perfect for up to 4 adults or families with children aged 12 and older. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for younger children. Pets are not allowed.

Take advantage of two wonderful terraces: one accessible through the kitchen with a view of the Sint-Annaland harbor, and the other at the back, accessible from the living room. Here, you can relax on the lounge set or enjoy a meal at the garden table. For a refreshing swim, simply step through the gate directly to the beach—don’t forget to bring your beach towels.
