Escape the hustle and bustle and experience the ultimate vacation feeling in this charming villa, tucked away at the end of a car-free street and bordering expansive meadows. Here, your stay begins with tranquility, space, and comfort. Step into the atmospheric, bright living room with a cozy seating area, a crackling fireplace, TV and a spacious dining table – the perfect spot for long evenings full of coziness. The modern open kitchen is a delight for cooking enthusiasts and equipped with everything you need: an induction cooktop, Quooker, Nespresso machine, Smeg toaster, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combination. On the ground floor, you will also find a stylish bathroom with a rain shower and toilet.

The sunny, green garden offers plenty of privacy - perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a good glass of wine. In the storage room, there is a washing-drying combination and space for two bicycles.

Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Ideal for families: one room is equipped with a changing table and a crib. Additionally, there is an extra separate toilet on the first floor.

Prefer a day out? The nature reserve Zwanenwater is just a 15-minute drive away. The vibrant cities of Schagen, Alkmaar, and even Amsterdam are easily accessible for a cultural or culinary trip. And for a true islander experience? From Den Helder, you can take the ferry straight to Texel.
