This is an ok place to stay, but since there is no carpet on the floor, it’s noisy when your upstairs neighbors arrive after you’ve gone to bed and roll their roller suitcases around for an hour. It would also be nice to have locks on the windows for the ground floor.

No refund after car accident & no able to arrive

We hit a deer on our way to the hotel, therefore totalling the vehicle and were not able to get there. We contacted hotels.com and explained the situation and were told we would get a refund. Another person in our group also booked and was told the same thing. We have both been refused a refund, even though these were circumstances out of our control. We had to book 2 more rooms for that night in Watertown. So we’ve both payed for each room. Both very disappointed that we were charged for this room!
