Housekeeping on vacation!

This is a very beautiful hotel with large rooms and high ceilings with allthr amenities. The front desk personnel were excellent. Unfortunately things fell apart in the house keeping department. Although ee stayed three nights, our room was never cleaned (even though we hung the card on the door requesting the service). The pool towels were never replenished and the used towels were left to pile up on the floor.

Gem in the west

So glad we chose here bra the hard rock. Found a wonderful gem in souix city. Everything was great! The only single complaint would be the blankets and towels , linens has a strange smell. They were clean but had a smell like they were washed in a greasy washer idk but it wasn’t too bad. And this was the first hotel I stayed with a bidet. Loved the view from the roof top
