Loved the garage and ability to turn around and exit the driveway as 57th Street is very busy. We were traveling with 13 month old twins and werent prepared for 2 sets of stairs. We used the furniture to block the stairs. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. I usually book a stay well room at hotels as i avoid chemical cleaning products. I did not consider this with VRBO. Next time this will be something I confirm with a host prior to booking. The bathtub was a hit!!

This was a really good set up. Loved that we had separate beds. Bathroom situation comfortable for 4-6 people. Nice kitchen setup. Nice kids area down stairs. Note that it is on a major busy street and nice that there is a turn around area to be able to head front out in traffic. Close to grocery and restaurants. Love Sioux Falls, great destination! Clean!

Family meet up

We wanted to find a place centrally located that would accommodate our whole family and this place was perfect. The space was more than adequate to sleep all of us. The property was exactly as advertised, everything was clean and esthetically pleasing. We were very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. I've stayed in many other rentals and this was by far the best home I have stayed in. Almost everyone in our party made comments on how great the property was. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place

I highly recommend this home. It was perfect for our family to stay at while attending a wedding at the Meadow Barn at Country Orchard. Plenty of space for myself, my husband, 2 adult sons and my mother. The home was clean. It was nice to have hand soap and Kleenex in the bathrooms. The use of the garage was nice anda fun bonus with the rec. room.

Definitely Recommend

Very clean house-it won’t disappoint. 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathroom & a great rec room to play arcade golf or bowling. Also has duel arcade basket ball game & big tv. There's another living room by kitchen to relax & visit. Has attached garage too. Easy communication with the owner. Make sure you turn outside light on at night so you can find it easily.

Comfortable Stay

Several friends/co-workers and I were in town for a short retreat/conference. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for our short stay in Sioux Falls. The house was also conveniently located to the conference location which made for a very quick 5 minute commute each day.
