Matt and Rachel were fantastic providing exceptional communication including Burfwr Battle recommendations. The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice.The backyard was perfect for Herbie and Kirby, our Bichons, and they had a lovely stay as well, that included a memory foam.bed provided by Matt and Rachel. The location is a nice older neighborhood near Sanford. It was quiet and peaceful and easy to get downtown. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Checking in was easy, and the location was simple to get to. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked a few meals. It was easy to relax and watch a movie. It was super comfortable and quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great place ! Close to everything house was clean. Have a nice grill out back. Good in and out driveway by back door. Privacy fence. Beds were comfy as well. Nice hosts. Left tablet there and they gave back to us right away. Will definitely stay again. Cool fooseball table and other games as well was a nice touch. Thanks !

Our Fun House!

I went to go visit my son. I haven’t visited SD since he moved there in two years. I absolutely love this cute home. It was perfect to the Falls, near the airport etc. I chose this house because it had a private backyard with a BBQ. We love to cook. And wanted to cook a home cooked meal for my son. With the private backyard we were able to enjoy ourselves catching up on life and stories. We had a great time. When I come back to visit him again. I hope to get the same house. I would also like to thank the owners as they were very accommodating.

Family Weekend

Great property for our family's weekend in Sioux Falls. Quick and professional communication from hosts, located in quiet neighborhood but near all the main shopping and restaurants. Cute little house, enough room for everyone to sleep, spread out, make some meals together, etc. Would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay! (Rated 4 for cleanliness only because a few shelves in frig weren't cleaned, but let host know - they assured us no extra cleaning fee. Everything else was good).

Perfect fit

This house was the perfect fit for my 3 kids and I to take an end of summer trip. We went out and ventured during the day, then came home for dinner and movies at night. The kids enjoyed the games that the house supplied, and the kitchen had all we needed for quick easy meals to be made at the house. We'd happily stay here again.
