We’ve stayed here twice and I absolutely love this hotel. The lobby, bar, and rooms are all gorgeous! Each time, we requested a high floor, and the front desk was so accommodating, putting us on the top floor with nice views. I also appreciate the thoughtful touches in the rooms like the cozy robes, bigger mini-fridges, and the lounge chairs at the foot of the bed were perfect for setting all our things. You really can’t beat the location. It’s within walking distance of almost everything downtown. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Location!

Hotel on Phillips is a great hotel. The location gives you access to restaurants and the main drag is walkable. Front Desk staff had a great attitude and gave us helpful information. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sioux Falls.

We love this hotel in downtown Sioux Falls!! Very luxurious!! The bar is super unique & great service!! Our server remembered what we had ordered 2 days prior & it was a busy night! Very well-run hotel all around.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this Hotel. It is beautiful and I would stay here again. The bed was not comfortable to me but that is my experience that is the only negative part I experienced.

Cannot wait to come back!

Our stay here was delightful! The rooms were clean and cool, the beds were comfier than most hotels we've stayed in (and we have stayed in many), and the blackout shades were perfect for sleeping in. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating, even in the bar when it was completely packed. Though they were busy taking care of everyone in there, service was fast and the drinks were very good. I dont believe I will want to stay anywhere else in Sioux Falls. Between the hotel itself and the perfect location for getting around the city, we would reccomend it to everyone coming through town.

A gem in Sioux Falls!

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is gorgeous... The lobby is beautiful and all of the furniture is tastefully chosen. Utilizing the bank features is very creative. The bar area through the vault is very cool. Great glassware, bartenders were all friendly and helpful. Great cocktail list and wine list. Not a ton of food options but something for everyone with a small list of small plates and a couple of entrees. So many dining options in the area. Front desk staff evening check-in was wonderful. Efficient, friendly and informed. Both the bar staff and reception gave us dining suggestions in the area. Our room was beautiful on the fourth floor. It was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable It was spotless. Two bottles of complimentary water and a Keurig with two pods and some tea. Small sink at the mini bar counter area which was a nice touch as well. Beautiful cozy robe to wear while on site with swag for sale like the robes the mugs etc. bathroom amenities were nice quality and smelled very nice. This was the last minute booking and we were looking forward to a nice hotel after the Sturgis motorcycle rally and we were not disappointed! Truly, we were blown away! Bravo! Also the price was very fair!
