This home was perfect for our family get-together. We are 3 families traveling to Sioux Falls, the central location for all of us, each coming from 5 - 7 hours away. This home had plenty of space for the 6 adults and 4 kids to spread out and have a great time. The back yard is fabulous with a great rainbow playset that the kids loved! Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were all very comfortable. We will definitely be booking next year's trip here too!

This was a perfect place to rest at night. From a perfect locale, to the most comfortable beds to a well outfitted kitchen and even touches of decor for the holidays, this is a beautiful place you would be happy you booked. Our group (swim fans visiting SF for a large college invite at Midco) would definitely make this a place we would return to.
Large kitchen and table that allowed us to refuel our athletes before their competitions.

Home was clean. Host comminication left room for improvement. Could be a vrbo website problem. The house was large and accomodated the brothers and wives reunion. Bedrooms were large, comfortable, and welcoming.

The house was good for our family of 6 adults staying there with an additional 4 visiting. The layout was good, large table was nice, and beds were comfortable. However, the house needs a good cleaning, windows and the grill outside included. Also needs some maintenance; shower door and towel hooks to name a couple. We were surprised that there were no instructions for the TV's and didn't seem to be any local tv stations available. Seems like you should at least have an antenna for the local stations since it's not usable if you don't have a service of your own that you can log onto. We didn't use the Hot Tub so not sure about that. The kitchen is furnished with the basic minimum and even the cabinets could use a good cleaning, inside and out.

The house was as "advertised" with four good sized bedrooms - 2 king, 2 Queen. The check in was super easy - the owner allowed us to check in almost four hours early, which we really appreciated!There was a full size kitchen, which we used for several meals. There was a large dining room table for enjoying meals as well. This property was centrally located, a short 12 - 15 minutes (2.8 mi) from Falls Park. We would certainly stay here again if in the area

We really enjoyed our stay in Sioux Falls. The house was great! The 4 bedrooms were perfect for the 6 people in our group. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could need and more! We loved the big kitchen table and the hot tub. Walking distance to coffee shops and other stores.Owner was very responsive when we needed him.
