Beautiful exclusive villa 50 meters from the lake

Terraced house in a corner, exclusive only 50 m from the lake !!. The house has a small private pool with shower and was renovated in 2013, with the highest quality materials and furnished with great taste. The entrance area is very bright and the private garden is equipped with all comforts. The house is equipped with period furniture and all kitchen equipment. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with a double bed while the other with 2 single beds (convertible into a double) and a baby bed, are air conditioned and from here you can access the balcony with folding chairs. deck. A bathroom with shower / toilet and sink is located on the first floor and on the ground floor there is a small guest bathroom. The living area is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas, ceiling fan and relaxation area with flat-screen satellite TV and free wi-fi. The famous beach Bremen equipped with bar / restaurant and pedal boat rental is about 50 meters away. We provide 2 bicycles and a map with indications of the best itineraries and restaurants. For the car private parking in front of the house (without roof)

Maison trÚs bien située à 50m du Lac de Garde, et à cÎté du port. Belles balades le long du lac. TrÚs belle région, tant de villes à visiter qu'une semaine ne suffit pas. Vérone, Desenzano, Limone,Lazise...........bref on ne s'ennuie pas. Merci à l'Italie pour ses trÚs belles crÚches et ses traditions respectées. Merci à Castellazo pour son accueil, sa maison trÚs agréable et confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Elizabeth.R

Wir haben im Oktober einige Tage mit unserem Hund hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus hat eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe, liegt zentral und doch ruhig. Der Garten ist von einem hohen Zaun umgeben. Perfekt fĂŒr Hundebesitzer. Ein schöner Pool, den wir leider aufgrund der Wetterlage nur wenig genutzt haben. Der See liegt direkt um die Ecke, man hat aber keinen direkten Seeblick. Ein BĂ€cker, Restaurants und ein Lebensmittelladen sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Herr Castellazzo ist sehr freundlich und hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt.

Die Villa liegt direkt am See. Zudem ist das GrundstĂŒck komplett eingezĂ€unt, was uns als Hundebesitzer sehr wichtig war. Der Pool im Garten ist klasse und das Interieur zweckgemĂ€ĂŸ. Probleme hatten wir kurzzeitig mit dem Internet, aber das konnten wir weitestgehend beheben. Einen Dank an dieser Stelle auch nochmal an den Vermieter. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war gut

Genau wie beschrieben und dich viel besser.Der Empfang durch unseren Hausherrn war sehr herzlich und er hat uns bis in Detail alles erklĂ€rt und gezeigt , Empfehlungen fĂŒr Restaurants und die Umgebung gemacht.Sogar in zwei WeingĂŒtern ist er mit uns gewesen und hat auch wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps per WhatsApp geschickt , nie aufdringlich.Unsere Hund waren auch sehr willkommen und haben den ausbruchsicheren Garten sehr genossen. Gleich am See und dem tollen Strand.Alles war sehr sauber und schön mit viel Liebe zum Detail, man fĂŒhlt sich gleich zu Hause .Alles da was man braucht auch die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, Vielen Dank nochmals das wir in diesem Haus Urlaub machen durften und so zuvorkommend betreut wurden.Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Cozy house with a pool

The house is comfortable, wih well equiped kitchen, with small garden and there table and chairs on terrasse in the morning and sofas for drinks in the evening, an amazing pool wich was very usefull in hot days. The owner was bery nice and helpfull. The house is near the beach (around the corner) and has strategic position (to the bus stop to city-centre, many restaurants and caffees and shops).

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Ein eigener Pool und dann noch der See direkt um die Ecke machen das Objekt wirklich zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Der Vermieter Herr Castellazzo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check- in und -out war unkompliziert. Ich hatte einen Hund dabei, der den Urlaub auch sehr genoss. Der riesige Strand vor der TĂŒr war fĂŒr Hunde erlaubt, auch im See baden war fĂŒr ihn möglich. Im Haus ist eine steile Treppe, die fĂŒr meinen schon Ă€lteren Hund (evtl. auch fĂŒr Kinder oder Ă€ltere Leute) schwierig war, aber ich hatte, weil ich sowas schon befĂŒrchtet hatte, rutschhemmende Treppenauflagen dabei, dann ging es. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!!!

A perfect base for exploring the lake

Sirmione offers the perfect mix of history, spiagge (beaches), views, and connections to other towns. The villa is only minutes away from the bus stops to get up to the island, or to Peschiera or to Desenzano. We hired a car too for a few days so having free parking was a bonus. With young kids, we find balance in our holidays by exploring in the mornings and back for the pool in the hot afternoons. The pool at the villa was the perfect size (bigger than we anticipated - plenty of room for games and chilling). The villa has a lovely feel to it - a nice mix of traditional and modern and was really well equipped. The host was such a lovely guy - extremely helpful and thoughtful and communicating through this app was so easy and he responded very quickly to any message. Couldn't praise this villa enough.

Schöne Lage, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Das Haus entsprach voll der Beschreibung im Internet.Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu werden.Lage perfekt wie beschrieben 50m zum Strand, in nĂ€chster NĂ€he eine Strandbar in der man auch gut essen kann.Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.Leider konnten wir aus privaten GrĂŒnden nicht den gesamten Urlaub genießen und kommen deshalb im nĂ€chsten Jahr wieder.

Beautiful house and surroundings

Lovely house, clean, did exactly what we needed. 10 minutes walk from the bus stop or 30 minute nice walk to Sirmione. 2 min walk from the lake and a good beach bar. Owner was contactable when we needed him, gave great recommendations, helped us with transport and booked us into a restaurant for our first night. He was excellent. A fabulous holiday.

Wunderschön

Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, die FEWO ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt am See in einer ruhigen und sicheren und schönen Umgebung. Die FEWO bzw. Das HĂ€uschen ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. FĂŒr Hundebesitzer ideal!

Seriously this is a lovely apartment in a great location with all of the facilities that you could wish for... No, it did not have a hot tub - but it turns out that VRBO have been adding this to many of their properties. One of the great surprises that the property now benefits from a continuous supply of filtered water - plain or carbonated We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property without hesitation.

Villa Barbara, Sirmione

Villa Barbara is a well appointed villa, very comfortable and well equipped. It is ideally located for easy walking access to Spiaggia Brema, the old town and the new town and has a useful dedicated parking area. Masaccio is an excellent host, attentive and informative who made sure we had everything we needed to make the most of f our stay. We all greatly enjoyed our stay in Villa Barbara

Wundervoller Urlaub

Es waren wieder wunderschöne 10 Urlaubstage. Der Pool gigantisch und der Vermieter wie immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unsere HĂŒndin Dolores genießt den eingezĂ€unten Garten und fĂŒhlt sich bereits schon wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist fĂŒr uns perfekt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
