Thank you for taking time to look at our rental home located on the prestigious 1800 acre Black Butte Ranch in Central Oregon. Nestled among the beautiful ponderosa pines just off the 17th green on Big Meadow golf course awaits your next weekend getaway or vacation retreat.

We take pride in making our home a comfortable home away from home for our guests. We know that you will enjoy your time on this beautiful property!
Highlights of our home:

* Master bedroom downstairs with king bed. Roll away bed option for younger child
* Two bedrooms on main floor with queen beds in each
* A loft with 3 twin beds - great for the kids!
* Full bathrooms on each floor - That's a total of 2!
* Sleeps 9 in beds and includes a sleeper sofa and a trundle bed for added guests
* Two fireplaces and plenty of room to stretch out, relax and enjoy any season!
* Gas Bar-B-Que for your use
* Cable with Smart TVs and Wifi
* This home is perfect for one or two families PLUS the Grandparents!
* New central heat and AC added in 2024!

The ranch offers two 18-hole golf courses, four swimming pools, bike trails, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, soccer field, horseback riding, hiking...and much, much more. We rent our home on a daily or weekly basis depending on your specific needs. The rates vary depending on the time of year and duration of your stay. Please email for details and check our calendar for availability. We require an adult 25 years of age to accompany any renting parties.

This house is in a great location. One of the flattest parts of black butte which was great for one of youngest members of the family who is learning to ride his bike. We had lots of visits from wildlife - fawns, bluejays, squirrels, and a very friendly neighbor cat. The beds were comfy - and lots of sleeping options. The kitchen was well equipped. We could eat inside or outside and fit all 7 of us at the table. We used the BBQ, hung up a hammock, and had a lovely time relaxing and enjoying the ranch.

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Super close to the Lakeside pool, Paulina Springs, and the meadow. The deck felt so private, and lots of surrounding pines and aspens made it very relaxing. It felt spacious enough for 8 of us (4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 young adults). The appliances could really use an upgrade, especially the fridges and the dishwasher.

Charming Home for Ski Vacay

Our family stayed at this lovely home for 6 wonderful days. Having the two living rooms was perfect for us as we had a group of teens who had their own ideas of fun. The fireplace on the main floor was the best place to gather in front of for board games and watching basketball. The kitchen has everything you need and is well laid out. We were a large group (12 total) so we used the extra bed and one slept on the couch but we were all super comfortable. The house is about 15-20 mins from HooDoo- huge perk!! The garage was just a blessings as we were able to bring all our snowboarding and ski gear inside. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was very prompt to answer any questions we had regarding the home. I highly recommend staying here. We are already looking at dates in the summer to return for golf.

Great house!

This house is very spacious and a great deal! It was hot during my stay, but very easy to keep the house cool by opening windows at night. The layout is great, and it was easy to feel relaxed and at home.

Fantastic Family Fun

Woke up to a glimpse of Black Butte through the trees, enjoyed coffee in the morning and dinner in the evenings on the deck. Had deer come right up, including a fawn. The swimming pool and lake were within walking distance. So quiet at night and the stars! Had a great time!

Grill Challenged but Bikes are a big plus

This is a very nice, "old school" property. Appliances are functional but dated. A large assortment of excellent bikes available for use is a very nice touch. To BBQ, one must walk downstairs and then exit the lower level, a big issue for me as I like to grill every night when at the ranch. Overall, I'd condsider staying here again.
