Central 2 bedroom apartment with sunny balcony

This 2 bedroom apartment is decorated to a contemporary style and the central location is truly fantastic with only a minutes walk to the beach.

The front balcony faces south, overlooking the main pedestrianised street of Parellades and is bathed in summer sunshine all day which is a great vantage point to watch the world go by whilst enjoying your morning coffee or your evening glass of cava.

The comfortable and modern lounge-dining area has a large corner sofa, dining table & chairs, air conditioning, wifi and a smart TV connected to the internet and Netflix.

There is also a charming Andalusian style internal patio, between the lounge and kitchen, that allows natural light to come in and a welcome breeze in the summer months.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including; fridge/freezer, induction hob , oven, microwave, filtered water and dishwasher. Washing machine is located on the rear balcony.

The 2 good size bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment, which is very quiet, and both have hotel quality Flex-Dreamax mattresses to help ensure a good nights sleep. The first room has 2 x twin beds that can be combined with a topper mattress to make a superking bed (180cm). The second room has a double bed (140cm) plus a desk/workstation and leads out on to the rear balcony. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobes space. N/B: there is no A/C in the bedrooms, just the living room, but fans are provided for the bedrooms. Keeping the door open to the internal patio creates natural ventilation/breeze.

The rear balcony faces north, so is in shade all day if you want to escape the heat of the sun, and is very quiet and peaceful.

On the roof there is a sun terrace which is the perfect spot to top up your tan or have pre dinner cocktails. Exclusive use of the the sun beds and outdoor furniture.

The bathroom is good size and also recently renovated with a large modern shower cubical.

The apartment is thoughtfully furnished by the owners in order that you may enjoy a relaxing stay.
