The villa:
Please, note that the INDIGO villa has been recently renovated in spring 2019, which means that the kitchen and all 4 bathrooms have been updated in a modern and functional design.

The living and dining area plus all bedrooms have been redecorated and refreshed with white color and the Mediterranean islands mood in mind as our inspiration.

First thing you notice upon entering the property is the large private garden surrounding the house. It has an 11mts x 4mts private pool, perfect for children to play and adults to relax.

The back side of the house has a barbeque zone with a gas barbeque (butane cylinder provided by the villa owner) where you will be able to cook some delicious meals that you can enjoy sitting on the porch along with a glass of good local wine.

There is also a parking space for 2 or 3 cars inside the enclosure although it´s not difficult to park on the street in front of the villa.

The private garden is so big that you will have enough room to relax and sunbath while your kids will be safely running around and playing football.

Once inside, the house has been fully remodeled and redecorated in an island style, giving it the perfect mood for a relaxing holidays.

INDIGO House is spread over two floors and features 4 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, and 4 full bathrooms. In the games room, there is a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children, available upon request and always before booking (with a small additional cost). It is also possible to add a single bed in one of the bedrooms for an occasional guest, also upon prior request and with a supplement.

The ground floor has a huge room with two separate areas, one with a set of comfortable sofas accommodating up to 10 guests and a dining area with a large table and chairs sitting up to 12 guests. Please, bear in mid that the fireplace is for decoration purpose only. Also on the ground floor our guests will find a brand new full equipped good size kitchen, a games room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The games room is equipped with a TV, a sofa bed, some puffs and many toys and games.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, another one has also a double bed plus a single bed and the third one is equipped with a bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own storage space and bathroom.

Both rooms with a double bed plus the living and dining area have direct access to the private garden.

Outside there is a large porch with two different areas, the dining room with a table and chairs and also the chill out area, with a coffee table and some armchairs, the perfect place to relax and unwind your mind.

Back inside, a flight of stairs leads our guests from the dining area to the upper floor, equipped with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with a bunk bed) and a full bathroom in between.

Even though the villa is really fresh and airy, there are two AC units in the villa, one in the master bedroom on the upper floor and the other one in the green bedroom on the ground level. The house also offers fiber optic internet connection.

The house is equipped with many cabinets available to customers, although a few are closed as they are used by the owners to store their personal belongings. We will apreciate you to respect these private spaces.



This property has video surveillance elements. These elements are only operational when the property is uninhabited (periods without reservations) in order to avoid theft and occupation. The devices can also be disabled by the guests by closing the optical lens.

INDIGO VILLA has a regular gardening and pool maintenance service. Upon your arrival we will confirm if your stay coincides with the visit of one of these professionals as well as the day and approximate time they plan to visit the house. We appreciate your collaboration and understanding.

Like many buildings in Sitges, our house is not far from the railway, so you may hear the trains whilst from the garden, depending on the wind’s direction. However, there are hardly no trains running at night. Do not hesitate to contact us to clarify any doubt regarding this matter.

All in all, this villa offers a great situation for those looking for a quiet location but yet, close to the sea and the town center!

Located in the Terramar area, known for its quiet streets and beautiful residential houses, this villa is ideal to accommodate a family or group of up to 12 members.

The Mediterranean Sea and the famous Passeig Maritim, a 2Kms palm tree promenade that links the Terramar residential area with the town center, are only 500mts from this villa and the lively center of Sitges is only a 20 minutes’ pleasant walk through this beautiful see front promenade.

The Terramar Golf Club is also less than 10 minutes’ walk away so INDIGO VILLA is ideal for both, golf enthusiasts and sea and water sports lovers!

Sitges center offers a wide selection of shops, museums, art galleries, bars, restaurants and many entertaining options for all ages and tastes.

Our beautiful town is also home of many festivals and there is almost always something special going on every single weekend of the year as the famous Carnival, the Vintage Car Rally, the Patchwork meeting, the Corpus flower carpets, the Jardins del Terramar music Festival, the Harvest Festival, a “tapas tour” to taste our delicious local food or the Sitges Film Festival, just to name a few of them. 700 mts away, the Me Sitges Terramar hotel, with its famous Beso Restaurant, Radio Me Sitges Rooftop Bar and Besito Beach Club, all of them highly recommended for a relaxing meal or just a sunset cocktail. 850 mts away a Caprabo supermarket, very convenient as it´s open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm and also Sundays from 9am to 2pm. As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 1000€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
