The apartment:
This cozy but bright and airy apartment in Sitges, on a first floor with lift and AC in all rooms (with independent temperature control in each room), is well furnished in a contemporary modern style combining lively colors on the walls and the decor.



Entering the apartment, the guest will find a living-dining room with an open plan kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows flood the room with the Mediterranean sunlight. From each angle of the living room the guest will enjoy the breathtaking views of the beach and the promenade, with its huge palm trees and the blue Mediterranean Sea.



The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay, including dishwasher.



There is a comfortable sofa facing a flat screen TV, an armchair for extra sitting space and a dining table with chairs.



From the balcony our guest will enjoy spectacular sea views over to the beach. This is a wonderful spot for enjoying a glass of cava, a morning coffee or even just relaxing and taking in the fantastic views.



Sitting on the terrace to watch the world go by is an attraction itself.

The apartment also has three AC units, one in the living room and the other two, one inside each bedroom.



The master bedroom is also bright and airy, with a double bed, wardrobe space and bedside tables with lamps. The second bedroom features a bunk bed. From both bedrooms you can also access the balcony and also both enjoy the beautiful views over the beach.



There is a separate bathroom with a bath, and overhead shower, W.C. and hand basin. There is also a small utility room with the washing machine and the dryer.



This is a great and stylish apartment with stunning viewsin a fantastic location. With no no doubt, the perfect base for enjoying a relaxing yet exciting break in Sitges.



The surroundings:
The QUEEN apartment is located in front of the sea and in the center of Sitges, right in front of the beach with incredible views of the Paseo Maritimo, an avenue of palm trees that runs parallel to the famous golden sandy beaches. Guests staying in this apartment will enjoy one of the most exclusive locations in Sitges.

Located in the nerve center and just seconds from the beach, the apartment's location is hard to beat.

Right next to the building where the apartment is located, our guests will find a wide range of elegant restaurants, tapas bars, stores and music bars.

The QUEEN apartment is the best place to see the Carnival parades (January / February), the Gay Pride (June) or the Festa Major (August) as all of them celebrate some of their events along the Paseo Marítimo. We recommend that you check the events scheduled during the days of your stay as the dates may vary from year to year.

Being in such a central location, this apartment can be a bit noisy, especially on summer weekends. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions in this regard.

The train station, with frequent departures to Barcelona and El Prat airport, is only a 6-8 minute walk away.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
