This private, single-family home is located right in the Centre of Sitges which is a major advantage from other properties. Typically, in the centre of town you can only find smaller apartments which often require you to divide your family/friends between different locations. Moreover, apartments can never offer you the same level of intimacy as a private home. On the other hand, if you look for a larger villa, you must be prepared move to the outskirts of the town and often a 15-20 minute car ride is required to reach the centre of Sitges as well as it´s beautiful beaches. With this property, you get the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! You and your family/friends can enjoy the privacy of a single family home while still enjoying the best of Sitges all in 3-5 minute WALKING DISTANCE! If you don´t feel like renting a car, there is absolutely no need! That also helps saves on additional expenses and the daily coordination of activities is so much easier as you don´t have to worry about managing transportation. Everyone can just do their 'own' thing. Everything you will need is within footsteps of the house (beaches, stores, restaurants, etc). Also, if you plan to commute to Barcelona centre, it couldn´t be easier! The train station is just a 3-5 minute walk and there is quick, convenient and direct train service to Barcelona every 20 minutes. The BEST of Sitges is literally at your doorstep!

The house is very tastefully decorated in a country/French provincial style. Moreover, it has been completely renovated so everything is NEW! There´s nothing more refreshing than staying in a newly-renovated home and enjoying the latest in modern technology and amenities. For your complete comfort, we have spared no expenses! From the lush Italian leather sofas in the living room to the large 70' LED Smart TV to enjoy a full Home Cinema experience, you will clearly notice the difference! Even the quality of the mattresses and bed linens has been scrutinized to offer the maximum of comfort during your stay! The large kitchen with the latest in state of the art appliances will surely surprise you and entice you to make great home-cooked meals!

The house enjoys a generous 180 Sq. metres (1800 Sq. Feet) of space. On the ground floor you will find a large separate kitchen, a bright spacious living room with ample seating, an exterior porch/terrace off the living room with a large BBQ to enjoy outside dining, and a convenient guest bathroom. On the first floor, there are 4 well distributed double bedrooms (sleeping up to 9 people comfortably) enjoying wonderful natural lighting (one of the bedrooms can be configured with a double bed or two single beds according to your needs). Two of the bedrooms have balconies which look on to the street and the other two have access to a beautiful conservatory which offers an additional double sofa bed . There are two full bathrooms with showers for use between the four bedrooms. The third floor has a beautiful, private 50 M2 rooftop terrace with a larger, modern 6 person Jacuzzi/Relax pool for enjoying the warm sun during the day and the cool breeze in the evening amongst friends and family in a true 'chill out' style as well as sun lounges for soaking up the sun on those days you may not feel like going to the nearby beaches. The house is also fully equipped with central A/C and heating ensuring the complete comfort of our guest of anytime of year they visit!
