Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A 7 m² east-facing balcony with furniture, ideal for sunny meals.
The apartment is ideally located 300 m from the center of Sanary in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot. Paid public parking lots are also available just a 5-minute walk away.
