Two bedroom caravan but we just allow up to four people to stay in our caravan for the comfort of our guests.

Golden Palm Resort (Robin Hood Leisure Park), Chapel St Leonards

Our 4 berth caravan is situated in a very popular resort within Chapel St Leonards, called Golden Palm. Perfect not only for families, but for people looking for some peace and tranquillity.


Owners Description:

This is a 4 berth caravan which we are proud to say has been kept in very good condition, Double glazed and with heating.

There are two bedrooms; the first containing a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside units. The second is a twin bedded room. With cupboards and ample hanging space for clothes and a bedside table. Both bedrooms are heated. Each bed is fitted with a mattress protector which we would be grateful if you did not remove. We provide duvets and pillows for all beds, however you will need to bring your own bed linen.

The living room area is spacious with a gas fire, flat screen Freeview television and a small music system.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and a variety of pots, pans, utensils and cutlery.

Bathroom consists of a shower, w/c and hand basin.

For your comfort our caravan also has an ironing board with iron, hair dryer and hoover.

Parking space for one car is adjacent to the caravan, however there is ample space for additional vehicles close to the caravan. Parking on the grass is not permitted.

5 minute walk from the main entertainment park, and 10 minute walk from the beach.

On the resort you will find; a heated indoor fun pool. With hair raising water slides for all the family and a dedicated children’s activity area. The Maid Marian Pub. A family pub with indoor and outdoor seating where you can drink, eat and watch the latest sport on large screen TV’s. Or join in with the Karaoke on an evening! There is a small shopping complex which includes a mini-supermarket, Fish & Chip Shop, Chinese, Indian & Pizza take-away. An Amusement Arcade with Casino where you will find all the latest video games and an all cash area for Over 18’s. Outdoors is an Adventure Play Park and Crazy Golf.

CLUB TROPICANA is the East Coast’s premier family entertainment venue. There is always something special going on at the spectacular Club Tropicana. Dancing to live bands, listening to great singers and laughing with very funny comedians. Seating is tiered to give a great view of the stage wherever you sit in the air-conditioned, 2,000 seated venue. Star shows include performances form Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Jimmy James & The Vagabonds, Jackson Live, Rock & Roll Paradise and lots more. If all this fabulous entertainment isn’t enough, there are several sessions of Bingo during the course of each and every night, with the chance of winning Big Money.

With FREE CHILDREN’S ENTERTAINMENT kids are well catered for too, with their very own dedicated under 14’s play area, The Fun Beach. All staffed by talented resident Children’s Entertainers. Your children are kept safely entertained with games and competitions, prizes and junior disco’s etc. Taking care of your children while you relax and enjoy the main entertainment.

Payments - We require an additional £50 refundable deposit upon booking. This deposit will be refunded after your holiday upon inspection of our caravan for damage. Preferably all payments should be made by bank transfer and the full balance must be received 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.

Holiday getaway.
Caravan was enough space for the 2 of us. Close to all local amenities. Price was very good for the time of year. Definitely would book again next year.

A Pleasant holiday.
Nice enough area, the only issue that we had was that the tv in the livingroom wouldn't stay on long it would loose signal, if it went on at all. The tv in the bedroom worked fine. Other than that a pleasant stay. Plenty of ameanities on site, and near by shops, food places, and two pubs off site. Thanks for letting us stay.

A peaceful place to stay
The Static caravan was situated in a nice area of the park. It was a great holiday everything available & things to do right on the door step of the park. The owner Steve explained what to do in every situation from day 1 to the end date. thank you for a wonderful holiday both my partner & dogs enjoyed their holiday. the van is ideal for anyone with children wanting a cheap enough holiday. Small but expected it to be? bedding was excellent. Can appeared clean on the surface, corners a little dirty. The curtains and upholstery is very tired. Glasses and some crockery was grubby. Fridge immaculate shower and toilet very clean, flooring in there needs updating, as do carpets Throughout Good communication with owner.

Caravan although comfy, i did have to clean in a few places, i.e table in lounge needed wiping before we ate and also clean cobweb in double bedroom. Hence the 4 stars. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay, and would deffo recommend it to others.

Cosy caravan, great site amenities and location
Myself and my two children and our dog had a lovely 3-night stay- caravan as described small but cosy - everything you need. It was on a lovely site with great amenities and fantastic fun pool. A few miles from the beach and along the coast from Skegness, it was a great place to have a quick getaway in our half-term break.

Revamp needed!
Caravan was comfortable but very "tired|", could do with a revamp/ refurb which would make it an ideal getaway. Holiday site clean and has eall ssential services. Internet very variable even park couldn't get us a good signal! Location is ideal for Skegness, and other Lincolnshire sites eg Gunby Hall and Boston- not too far away. Highly recommend the area, but had problems with poor state of cleanliness, broken items, leaking toilet. I appreciate rental was resonable but generally standards not as expected.
