Barramundi Breeze the perfect family beach getaway.

Located in an excellent position, this townhouse comprises an open plan living, dining and kitchen area upstairs with Tv, Dvd and reverse cycle air conditioning and heating in the lounge area. The kitchen has all modern appliances including gas cook top, microwave and dishwasher. Off the lounge is an entertaining deck with outdoor setting and BBQ.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a WIR leading through to the bathroom.

Downstairs are the two remaining bedrooms, all the beds have electric blankets. Also on the bottom level is a second bathroom with a bath and a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Other features include a single lock up garage and fully fenced area at the back, ready for your pets to remain outside (conditions apply)

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

Amazing property

The property was very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described. It was a short walk to the beach and a local cafe. The property was very clean and provided information to make our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on Phillip Island!

Historic racing

Thursday to Monday to compete at the annual historic race meeting at the famous Phillip Island track. The house and it’s facilities were comfortable and well appointed. Handy to the beach and the track. The aircon was needed and coped with the mid 30’s temperatures.

Should be a quick way to return bond. Handed keys back 10am Wednesday 11th may..bond not returned until 24th may...far too long to hold on to other people's money!

Nice property in a good location

Property looks the same as pictured. It's spacious, light and airy. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen is decently equipped. Best to take your own food or drive to Cowes as the local store is unfortunately pretty bare and what little they have is overpriced. After hours check-in was an unnecessary drama as after having the phone conversation twice and putting a late arrival time on the form, a standard email got sent the day before check-in, saying we needed to fetch the keys from the office in Cowes between 2 and 5pm. Wasted time calling and leaving messages and calling again before finally being told that the after hours instructions would be sent out around 5pm on the day 😳 no idea why they can't do this the first 4 times you inform them that you need an after hours key pickup! Slightly inconvenient to have to pick up and drop off keys in Cowes, it's not far but can be quite busy and hard to find a park which makes the start and end of the trip more hectic.

Great holiday house

Lovely and spacious house in a quiet location. Stayed in winter and was worried we would be cold but the heating works well. Hope to return soon.
