Carolina Beach Tripp is a recently updated 3-bedroom 2.5 bath direct oceanfront townhome style quadplex located in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina.
All new paint, furniture, bedding, appliances, flooring and accessories were completed in 2024. The location is fabulous and the views are absolutely mesmerizing. Sit back on the oceanside deck and watch the dolphins as they swim by daily in search for the morning meal, or enjoy that first cup of coffee as you watch the beautiful sunrise over the horizon.
As you enter Carolina Beach Tripp through the garage level you will find a laundry area with washer/dryer, a one car garage (outside parking for 3 vehicles) and access out to the oceanside of the garage where you will find an outdoor shower.
As you move up to the first living level you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. On the oceanside you will find a queen bed, night stands and lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and direct access out to the oceanfront deck where the views are just fabulous.
Adjacent to this bedroom in the hallway is a full bath with tub and shower combination.
To the rear you will find bedroom 3 which is equipped with a full and a twin bed (sleeps 3). There is a dresser, ceiling fan and direct access out to the rear balcony.
As you move up to the 2nd level you will find the main living space - kitchen, living room, dining area and half bath.
The living room is equipped with a large sofa, love seat, end tables and lamps, decorative wall art, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying the cool ocean breezes.
The kitchen is very spacious and room for more than one cook at a time. It is equipped with beautiful custom shaker cabinets and topped with lovely granite. The appliances are stainless and include a large double door fridge with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range with oven, dishwasher and a built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed for basic meal preparations. There is extra space at the bar area for 3 additional guests to dine.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has ample seating. There is a convenient half bath off the kitchen area as well as an additional balcony on the street side of the home.
As you move up to the top level (level 3) you will find the complete floor is dedicated to the master suite. The master is equipped with a king bed, night stands and lamps, dresser, comfortable arm chair and a ceiling fan. This is a wonderful room that is open and airy with outstanding views of the ocean. There is direct access out to the private oceanfront balcony where you can see for miles in any direction along the shoreline. You will never forget this view.
This master has a private bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub.
Carolina Beach Tripp is designed for maximum views and offers pure luxury at a reasonable price. There are 3 oceanfront decks, 2 rear decks and a lower oceanfront seating area just behind the sand dunes that offer quick access out to the beach through its private beach access.
