Come stay at Resting Beach Face North Topsail! You cannot beat the views from this house! Completely renovated inside and out, posh, modern beachfront house with private, non-crowded beach since nearest public access is about a mile away. Open floor plan where the living room, dining, and kitchen all face the ocean. Every bedroom has oceanfront views as well. Enjoy the large porches, the upstairs porch from bedrooms has no stair access for increased safety. Sit on our comfy Adirondack chairs on the large main level porch to view sunrises, sunsets and the dolphins swimming by. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen for the traveling chef!

EV plug available for your use!

There is a convection toaster oven/air fryer, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, rice cooker, and filtered ice and filtered water spout inside the fridge (plus an additional reverse osmosis filter to the fridge). Separate dining areas so you can use the smaller marble table as a kids’ table, dedicated game table, or work station. There is a desk in the master bedroom so you can zoom/work if needed. We are fully stocked with games and puzzles. There are even some beach chairs and boogie boards here for your use. Linens and towels included. The master bedroom has a king with a twin convertible chair for one. There is another bedroom with a queen bed. Lastly, a fun double twin over twin bunk room that sleeps 4 for the kids or kids at heart. There is a double shower in the master bathroom and oversized tub in the upstairs bathroom with plenty of hooks for all the towels and swimsuits. There is an outdoor shower on the main deck to rinse off before heading into the house. The washer and dryer are a necessity to keep the laundry under control while on vacation. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping in Sneads Ferry within 5 min drive and is about 10-15 minutes from Surf City.

Welcome sheet will be sent with property details and recommendations for restaurants and things to do while here! We provide hand soap and toilet paper in every bathroom, dish soap, trash bags dishwasher pods, sponge, and paper towel in the kitchen.

The house was just as it was presented in the pictures when we arrived. It was very clean and the ocean view is spectacular. The location is great, steps from the beach, and close to restaurants and stores. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook about anything you would want and there were beach chairs provided. The rooms were very nicely furnished and a lot of space. The deck was large with multiple chairs and an outdoor eating area. We loved our stay here and will definitely be booking again.

What a treat to stay at Resting Beach Face! We loved it initially for its name but after having the pleasure of staying there, loved it for its comfort, convenience and cleanliness. It is situated on a beautiful beach. In March it was quiet and cool, a perfect spot to walk our pup, read some books and unwind. It was just right! We would love to return again and again!!!! This is our second visit to Resting Beach Face in two months, and we plan another visit in the fall. This is a dreamy home on a gorgeous strip[ of Topsail. We have been coming to Topsail for ten years and this home is by far the most comfortable and lovely home we have visited. This house is happily situated right on the beach, with views from every living space, starting when you walk in the front door. The living space is outstanding, every room is comfortable, and the kitchen is awesome. The decks are easily accessible and spacious, and it is a very short trek to the beach. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. This is by far and away the best house we have stayed in on Topsail Island.

Lovely house right on the beach! Walk down the steps and you’re on the sand, perfect for sunrise or sunset walks. The main living area was spacious with plenty of room for us and our friends. We loved the balconies right off the bedrooms. The Wi-Fi worked great and there was always plenty of hot water for showers and washing up. It was an easy drive to Surf City for lots of fun restaurants and bars. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.
