The location and view are perfect! We've stayed at several St. Regis condos over the years and this condo has the best pool and ocean view of all of them. The unit was also very clean and had an upgraded coffee maker which was nice. Beach towels were provided which was defininately an added bonus.The unit itself isn't perfect but it was clean and comfortable. You can tell they have been updating flooring in the unit and just haven't completed some minor details yet. The new flooring is very nice though. The living room furniture was also very comfortable and the California King bed was amazing! I was told the Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was not that great, but then again, I didn't sleep in there.

SeaEsta is all abour location! It has an amazing location that has amazing views! The unit itself could you some TLC. Nothing major just minor fixes here and there. It was perfect for our family of 5. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and the layout of the bedrooms worked out perfectly. The St. Regis Resort has great amenities! The pools were kept very clean and the boardwalks you take to the beach were kept up very nicely too! The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen too. It was also very nice to have the linens and towels included with our stay.

Nice property. Could use better lighting in master bedroom and light flickers in bathroom.Check in process was very confusing and lock box hard to open. Should say in directions what floor unit is on and to go to unit and enter code in lock box.1 towel 1 washcloth per person for 3 days is not enough.Great view

Disappointed

St. Regis resort is in the perfect location and the amenities are top notch. However, be mindful who you rent your condo from. Most owners have no clue what is happening inside their units because they hire someone else to manage them. Most people work all year for their one week vacation and should be able to expect at least a clean room but, upon arrival I could tell the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was a small child’s shorts laying in the living room floor and several cheese doodles as well. The sliding doors still had little cheesy handprints on them. While inspecting the bedrooms, I honestly don’t think the sheets on the master bed were clean, as the bedding was just thrown on there. There were six of us in the unit and they gave us 1 towel and 1 wash cloth each. I asked for more but they never showed up. I mean if they don’t want to provide towels, that’s fine, just put it in the description! The TV in one of the guest rooms was broken on arrival and I was told it would be replaced, not the case. The screen door from the guest room balcony door is lying on the balcony!? Don’t use the microwave and the coffee maker at the same time as you will lose power and have to reset the breaker. The door handle on the oven is about to fall off. ALL the rugs in the place are absolutely filthy and the master toilet is sitting on plastic wedges so don’t move too much or it will tilt!! With all the fees and taxes, wepaid over $4000 for this unit and was disappointed.

Great condo for families and grandparents

This is a great condo to stay in for a trip to the beach with families and even grandparents. The two bedrooms are great for two couples, and the bunkbeds for the young ones. It has a great view of the pool, the beach, and the morning sun. We loved the location, so close to the pool. The condo common areas are improving also; we saw that a shaded kiddie pool might open in a year or so. I hope that we can re-rent this unit for next year. Of course, there are always minor things you find in units like these. The bathroom lock doesn't engage correctly. No lighting above the dining table. No exhaust fans in bathrooms. I can tell the host is working hard to make this unit desirable for rent, and is very easy to contact. Those things are probably already fixed once I write this review!

Unit needs to be updated. Toilet in MR almost tips over, bathroom not clean, bedrooms hot, coffee maker from the 90’s, listed items not available, low water pressure, need extra towels, over priced!! Great view, location has great amenities.
