A great little getaway for some much needed me time!! Love that I could wake up and eat breakfast with the ocean literally right there !! Place was super clean ( I can be picky ) and fresh. The only complaint I have is that I had to leave complex to get to a spot to walk to the beach , but that is a mild complaint as there are many near spots to explore!! Mattress was super comfy wish I knew the brand I would pro sly purchase one !!

The pictures on the internet of this property are deceiving. There is a sandbag wall that keeps the water from reaching the condo's, and you can only access your personal beach at low tide. The square footage of the condo is not enough for 3 people to stay comfortably and should not be advertised as such. The ac unit kept it freezing cold in there even at 75, and the option was to turn it off and sweat to death. There is no dishwasher. The people that live there full time are also rude as hell and make it known they don't want tourists. There is new construction going on across the street so it will soon be less safe and more busy.

Amazing ocean views and access

Great location and amazing views! Condo was clean, well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Although my check in ran into a couple of snags, the property manager and VRBO customer service were very responsive. Exactly what you want when there’s an issue!

Perfect Get Away

Overdue REST!

This property was the greatest breath of fresh air from all of the hustle and bustle we've endured for the past 2 years. The dolphins could be seen all day long once you knew where to look and what to look for. The complex was quiet with hardly any traffic to have to wait on. The place had everything to offer though pack your own hairdryer if you need one. I forgot to let Marc know and the local store was out of hair dryers. We even met one of the neighbors that lives there year round and took him to dinner. If you see Dave tell him HI!

Beautiful!

This property is awesome! We saw dolphins everyday. Pretty beach. Found several shark teeth! Pictures don’t do it justice! My husband is not a beach comber like I am, but he found quartz rocks , ended up with a bag full. Thank you for being wonderful hosts.

Relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Topsail beach. We were right on the ocean. When the tide came in we could still sit on our balcony and watch the waves. The place was very clean and modern.
