This features a reverse plan with 1st floor having 2 bedrooms, laundry & bathroom. 2nd floor has living room, kitchen, dining and 1/2 bath. 3rd floor has a master room & large bath. All 3 floors have private decks

The property is beautiful. The view is amazing. Just make sure you are ready for a lot of cardio because of 3 flights of stairs. I suggest you pack light or compact to limit back and forth trips to car. One more thing, the water didn’t get hot in bedroom 3.

Clean and comfortable with a nice view of the ocean, along with a very short walk to both the pool and the beach makes this a great house to stay in. We had so much fun there. We highly recommend this house.

We have stayed at multiple places in Topsail, this was our favorite. Easy walk to beach and pool. Very clean. Linens and towels included. Owners very quick to communicate and checked in with us to see how our stay was. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, but disappointed

Overall, my family and I were disappointed in the rental. Property is old and not well maintained. 2 bathroom fixtures fell off the wall our first day . 3 of the 5 decks had no chairs, tables, etc. Old deck doors were difficult to open , one screen door fell on my niece. I had to purchase a new can opener because the one there was all rusted. The owner was very apologetic, sent a kind handyman who helped with the doors a little but wasnt able to attach the fixtures. We were told the outdoor furniture was damaged from the weather. The owner gave us 100.00 back which didnt change anything. The unit needs a deep clean. Blades on ceiling fans were so dirty, as were baseboard floors. Plastic or vinyl curtains in living room were so dirty on the back, they stuck to the wall. The area is beautiful, pool and ocean were great, but the unit is not well maintained bbathroom foxtures

Perfect beach getaway

We travelled with two adult children, their partners and one 13 year old child. The spacious 3 bedrooms and pull out sofa were perfect fit for us. The amenities were awesome. It was so relieving to have toiletries and cleaning supplies already available as well as sheets and pillows and quilts. Many places do not put that much effort into making guests comfortable. The hosts were gracious and very responsive. Checking in was very easy. The pool was great and usually not busy and the beach was a couple minute walk from the condo. We have never had such a relaxing and amazing time at the beach.

Beautiful Townhome and View

A perfect month stay! The townhome is clean, spacious and up to date. Five decks with great views! The owners are responsive and wish to make your stay perfect which mine was. I definitely will be going back!

Beautiful location

Lovely condo, shipwatch is great and the community pool always had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed our week and the owners checked in on us and kept us updated about a potential internet outage during our time. Very satisfied with our stay.

Quick trip

This was a good place to stay for a quick spring break trip with the kids. Easy, private beach access was the best perk. We liked having a washer and dryer for quick beach clothes cleaning. Initially the smell of cooked fish from the previous renter along with stuffy temperature because the HVAC was off was a big turn off. Property manager was attentive in wanting to fix the smell but buying and lighting candles mostly fixed the problem by the next day. All in all it was a good stay for a quick trip!

We really enjoyed this rental property. Everything was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in each night. The check-in and check-out policies were very reasonable and easy, and the hosts were welcoming and quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here.

3 floors for 3 generations

Our family had a fabulous week at Samudra! A quick walk down to the beach & pool - and plenty of comfortable decks & nooks in the house to read, rest, play and enjoy the ocean view. Suhas & Siri were super responsive to questions and the house was well stocked. We brought just a couple of kitchen things with us (a drip coffee maker and casserole dish) - otherwise everything we needed was there. Wish we'd had a second week! Will definitely explore staying again at Samudra next summer.

Peaceful Stay

House was very clean, easy access to the pool and beach. It was perfect for a girls trip, there were 4 of us and plenty of room! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book and stay again.
