This is a beautifully appointed and accessorized 3 bedroom 3 bath direct oceanfront top floor unit located in the Villa Capriani Resort in North Topsail Beach. It has recently gone through an extensive renovation just in time for the 2021 rental season.

From the moment you enter this unit through the grand foyer and approach the living area you will become mesmerized with the serenity of the ocean views seen through the large ocean side windows. The views are incredible, which can be enjoyed from the direct oceanfront private balcony as well as the living area and all three bedrooms.

The balcony is equipped with very comfortable outdoor furniture allowing for your enjoyment of the unobstructed views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean.

The full granite kitchen has been expanded out from its original design and renovated to allow for more space while preparing those great family meals. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need for basic meal preparation.

From the living area you will find convenient access directly out to the oceanfront balcony. The living area is well accessorized with plenty of comfortable seating for the entire family. With an open living area design, the dining area is joined with the kitchen and living area which allows for greater convenience when entertaining and for family gatherings. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall and WiFi is also provided throughout.

The master suite has a queen bed, a day bed with pop – up trundle (it can be used as either 2 twins or together to make a king for flexibility), private bath, a small frig and a flat screen TV. A front load washer and dryer is provided in the unit as well.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, flat screen TV and access out to the oceanfront balcony. Both of the queens have pillow-top mattresses for your added comfort.

The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and has access out to the oceanfront balcony.

The Villa Capriani complex offers WiFi throughout, tennis courts, several pools, a hot tub (outside in the courtyard), a restaurant and a lounge. This is a great place to spend your much needed vacation. We’re certain, you’ll want to return for another visit.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.

FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
