This custom-built home is located on the marsh side of the island and boasts fantastic views, a private walkway to the beach, and a screened deck.

The open floor plan interior has high ceilings and a bright, airy feel. After a fun day on the beach, guests will love coming home to sink into the sofa for a movie night. When hunger strikes, prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops.

Each of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms has its own private bathroom and a door that opens out onto a deck.

Outside, a walkway leads you to a dock and the sound. When you return home an outdoor shower is available for you to rinse off the day's beach activities.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
